Loreta was a very accommodating, helpful and so very friendly. She went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a host. We really appreciated the extra touches and recommendations. Loreta organised the taxi and special rate and even drove us back to the apartment when we needed a lift. We thoroughly recommend Loreta’s place. We would love to go back as there is so much to experience close by.

The location is excellent for visiting Napoli by walking. The apartment was clean, spacious, and has a great terrace. The host is really friendly and have us good recommendations.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento per 5 giorni, e ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Danilo ci ha accolto subito appena arrivati, e si è mostrato super disponibile e accomodante. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, quindi comodissima se venite in treno! Essendo un palazzo affacciato sulla strada, si sentono i rumori delle macchine che passano, ma dopo i primi giorni inizi a farci l’abitudine, anche perché Napoli è una città caotica di suo, quindi qualunque posto situato vicino al centro è sicuramente anche rumoroso. Consiglio questo appartamento anche per il prezzo, che è ancora accessibile nonostante la sua posizione centrale.

where to even start? we were traveling to parts of italy we have never been before and having a place to land that felt so warm with hospitality was a blessing after a long, hard day of train strikes and rental car fiascos. enrico goes above and beyond to make sure his guests feel safe and welcome. he really saved us a hassle by letting us park the car within the walls of the building. the apartment itself is very plugged in to public transportation so we were able to catch the train just a couple blocks down as well as walk to napoli’s beautiful museums. try pizzeria da atillio while you are here! truly such a humble place to enjoy neopolitan mainstays. and enjoy making yourself a quick espresso at home! thank you enrico! you were truly the best host!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our stay. The comprehensive information folder explained where the local services could be found and we soon got to know the local area which always felt safe and friendly. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the Centro Storica and sea front either by taking the steps or by catching the Funicular from the station a couple of minutes along the road. We usually walked down and caught the Funicular back up. Likewise, the Metro at Montesanto is close to the bottom of the steps and or one stop down on the Funicular. The location turned out to be excellent as it was nice to be quiet at the end of the day, away from the busy streets. Claudia was a great host, very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. She also helped organize transport from the Airport, which was a great help as our flight arrived quite late. Thoroughly recommended.

Nous avons été accueilli par Elena, la très gentille maman de Paola, qui a pris tout le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’appartement et les activités à faire dans Naples. Paola a été réactive et aidante durant notre séjour sur nos demandes diverses. Son appartement est dans un quartier très sympathique et le calme règne pourtant dans son immeuble. La petite terrasse arrière donnant sur un beau coin de verdure est très agréable le matin et le soir. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour en amoureux !

Vico Equense is a great town, and this apartment is the perfect base from which to explore. It’s a lovely apartment that’s immaculately clean, secure, comfortable, and roomy with plenty of space for our family of 4 adults. Fabiana and Luca even provided breakfast! Great location too, with shops, restaurants, train station, and all the sites within easy walking distance. Luca met us at check in, and he’s an absolute gentleman. Great communicators, friendly and very helpful. Absolutely recommend staying here.

This is our second time staying at this apartment. It is located in the historic center of Napoli, easy to walk to everywhere. It is cleaned, with comfortable bed, It is quiet in the evening. Communication with Mario was easy, he sent us the instruction for self check-in and explain everything we need to know about the apartment and Napoli We had a wonderful & comfortable stay at the apartment.

Magnifiques terrasses ! Vues à couper le souffle sur Naples. Par contre, il faut être en bonne forme physique pour monter autant de marches, mais une fois arrivés sur les terrasses nous sommes récompensés! Merci:)

Ciro made our stay unforgettable. He sent us a list of suggestions that we could visit in the area and helped us make reservations at the Restaurants that he eats at. When you show up to a restaurant reserved in the name of a man who is known in the neighbourhood, you're fed at the chefs table in his home, not his restaurant. Unbelievable experience in Portici. I would suggest the Thermal Bath in Ischaria and Pompeii. The apartment is really comfortable with all the amenities. We used both beds and they were both comfortable. We were here over Easter and the streets were alive but it wasn't too noisy that you couldn't sleep, rather you fall in Love with the Energy that is Italy. Take advantage of the driver service that Ciro provides as it eliminates having to barter with taxis. The apartment is located in a great area as it is just off the main streets making it easy to get around and more quiet. Abundance of restaurants and shopping close by. The only thing missing was more time

Lage perfekt, Wohnung ruhig, Aussicht fantastisch, sehr gute Möglichkeiten fürs Essen einzukaufen. Zwei Metro-Linien ums Eck. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen. Hinweis: Wer einen sperrigen Koffer hat, wird die engen Treppen nur mit Mühe schaffen. Bitte an die Vermieter: Eine kleine Investition in neue Pfannen, Töpfe und eine Sieb für Pasta (!) und Salat würde der Küche gut tun.

Super séjour avec très belle vue de la maison. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à disposition. Les hôtes sont restés très disponibles pour s’assurer que notre séjour se passe bien et nous ont bien conseillé sur les activités alentours. Endroit magnifique, envie de revenir !

BEST PLACE WE EVER EVER STAYED! Luca & his wife were wonderful. Super penthouse view. New or fairly new beds, good clean bath, kitchen everything. Metro & bus are close. Ask Luca to arrange parking, street is too full of parked cars & traffic. Can’t hear the traffic. We ate 4 times at Boccaccio Di Rosa, short walk, great food, big menu, moderate prices. Pizza next door SUPER for takeout. We are in our 70s so 84 steps to 5th floor with 200# of luggage was a task, so recognize your abilities. Take group tours, the bus & Metro as much as you can because Italian way of driving is a scary competition. Read up on earthquakes to avoid surprises. Learn toll system. Sometimes you take a ticket & pay at the end, sometimes you pay first. Or just “avoid tolls” on your GPS.

We 1000% recommend this home. Sergio was very attentive. He was very kind enough to wait for us at the bottom of the road to show us how to get to his lovely home. The house was amazing, modern stylish home with rural look from the outside. Sergio showed us around the house and recommended us local places to visit, drink and eat. The view to the sea was beautiful. We had a great time in Sorrento, the house is around 10-15 drive from Sorrento but it’s worth having the peace and tranquility that Sergio home brings. When we visit Sorrento again, we will definitely stay at Sergio house again. Thank you so much for

La maison de Vincenzo est un havre de paix dans la commune de Santa Maria la Carita. La terrasse devant le Vesuve avec le chant des oiseaux est un ravissement pour les sens. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons sans réserve le B&B Verde Smeraldo.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. It was an easy walk to the metro and many attractions. The apartment is well equipped but it is in a very busy, lively area. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat this is probably not the place for you. If you want to see and do tons, and to experience authentic Napoli culture it’s a must try. Easy train ride to Pompeii and Sorrento. The port, where you can catch a ferry to Capri, Positano and Amalfi is walking distance. Giuliana was an attentive host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

lovely place, had everything you need and it was super clean. close to pompeii and there's a shutter bus right down the road to other places. there's also a super good and cheap pizza place right down the road called la fiamma.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. Staying out of season meant that some restaurants etc were closed. But a 10 mins walk to the town was fine. Maybe my mistake but from the photos and descriptions I expected access to a garden/outdoor space. But apart from this everything was perfect. Linen and towels were amazing quality. Everywhere was completely spotless and clean. Everything was thought of and provided for cleaning etc. really lovely host who was so helpful and thoughtful. Advice for finding the place by car is- ‘just keep going!’ Keep following the tiny road and you will get there. Lovely location in a tranquil bay (in April at least). Parking space was a bonus. This place was wonderful and so much nicer than staying in busier places like Sorrento itself. Massive thank you to our host!!

Great location alot of helpful tips on check in which really helped us travelling about Naples and our trip to Rome. loved the views from the bedroom made waking up in a morning looking out amazing.

could not choose better place for Napoli center . we saw all sites recommended by chat gpt to do in Napoli. inn two days every thing by foot. don't think to drive down town Napoli. four brightness well separated bad rooms each one with its own bathroom. no car street full of happy Napolitans. getting out the apartment you are in the very center of Napoli next time in Napoli will be the very same apartment

Great spot to explore the Historic Centre of Naples. Lots of fantastic restaurants close by. Margherita was a great host and extremely helpful. The space worked really well for our family of 3. Would recommend.

We mainly dealt with Antonello’s wife and she was lovely! She provided great instructions and spoke excellent English. The apartment was very cute and provided us a good central location for walking around. We would definitely recommend staying here!
