Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guesthouse. 10 minutes from Downtown Bentonville, with easy access to Hwy 49, Sam’s Club, NWACC and all that NWA has to offer! This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen sofa bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. The partial kitchen has an electric burner, microwave, coffee pot, and a small combination oven/air fryer/toaster. Check us out! We think you’ll love it!

Family Room area with shiplap walls and exposed beam ceiling. If you are over 6ft 4, you may bump your head. Off street parking with private patio. Centrally Located in Downtown Rogers just a block off the Railyard Loop bike path and a short ride to the Railyard Bike Park. Easy walk to Ozark Brewery, Harp's grocery Store and other Hotspots.

"LakeTime" (Lakefront Cabin on Beaver Lake)

Fully equipped lakefront cabin has a basement level master with a king bed, closet & tv with access to the covered patio on the basement level. The 2nd bedroom has a king & double bed, closet, and tv. These bedrooms share a full bath with shower. The main living is an upstairs area and is an open room with a comfortable living space, kitchen, bar & table, and laundry closet. A ladder takes you to the loft where there is a full bed. This area would not be good for small children. No hot tub

The Shack

Relax in this rennovated studio near the Beaver Shores community and Beaver Lake. The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. The Shack is a fully functional living space - complete with a driveway long enough to back in your boat, WiFi, full kitchen and bath, laundry, pull-out sleeper couch, two TVs and a separate master bed area with a beautiful pine feature wall.

Cute cabin on tree line close to Hwy 12 bridge on private road. Cabin has A/C, mini fridge, coffee pot, and microwave - no kitchen. There is a grill (charcoal - not included) on the little deck. Shower house (hot water - towels not provided) and toilets (with plumbing) are detached and a short walk from cabin. Rental includes use of outdoor pavilion. There is another cabin available for rental that sleeps 6. Rental includes sheets/pillows/blankets, you will need towels/toiletries/charcoal.

Enjoy all NWA has to offer while staying in a detached studio apartment located in a private seven house subdivision. Our “bee” themed rental is just 1 mile from I-49 and one 1.5. miles from the Amp. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your enjoyment. Trail-bike storage can be arranged in advance. Come and “BEE” our guest.

Cozy camper sleeps 4 adults with one queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The camper sits in our driveway with full AC/heat and water. We are minutes from the downtown Bentonville square. The Razorback Greenway is right behind our house, and 15 minutes from the Back 40 trails. Bikes can safely be stored in the garage. Other local amenities less than 10 minutes away include the 8th Street Market, AMP, Crystal Bridges, and the Pinnacle Mall.
