Our chalet is a renovated "Walzer" style barn. We are a Belgian family with 3 children and a dog and love this remote quiet place in the Valsesia valley. We enjoy hiking in the mountains or just walking in the valley or swimming in the river that passes by on the back of our house. We love skiing in the nearby "Monte Rosa" or "Alpe di Mera" Ski domains (15 or 10 minutes respectively by car) and enjoy cooking with local produce savoring local wines (Gattinara, Ghemme, Barbaresco, Barolo, ...)

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. Nuestra casa, entre los árboles, vive en un apacible aislamiento a un par de kilómetros de la localidad más cercana. Somos Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca y Alice. Elegimos venir aquí, al bosque, para empezar a vivir una vida sencilla pero plena, aprendiendo de la naturaleza. Les ofrecemos un ático abuhardillado renovado con esmero por Riccardo, con cama doble, sofá cama (ambos bajo lucernarios), cocina americana, baño y una amplia vista al valle.
