The Harmony Home hotel itself is a beautiful view of otter beach. The friendly smiles of the boss and his wife, and the polite attitude of the staff, are very cordial. I reserved at Manon‘s place a bit last minute, just one night before joining the islands. I wished I stayed more. The place is lovely, a little oasis in this monster that is Sianoukville. Close to the beach, the rooms are charming and clean, everything is made to make you comfortable.
