Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

This cosy country cottage is situated in the quiet residential village of Eardisley, Herefordshire, perfectly located along the historic black and white trail with easy access to Offa's Dyke and the Brecon Beacons. This beautiful 1531 Tudor barn conversion has nearby amenities, including a village pub, books, post office, shop and park all within walking distance. Nearby local towns include Kington-5 miles, Hay-on-Wye-7 miles and Hereford-15 miles. Perfect for a couple or family stay.

Oak beams and wooden floors frame a simple whitewashed open plan space which offers: a sleeping area on the mezzanine with one double floor-level bed and up to two single futons; on the ground floor, a wet-room and the kitchen-eating-living area with Clearview wood-burning stove. Located at the foot of The Offa's Dyke Path and only a 5 minute walk to shops, pubs, park with river access. Wireless. Off road parking. Well behaved dogs welcome. The Studio in Priory Wood is a recently converted separate outbuilding next to our home which offers complete privacy and has a spacious, light interior tastefully furnished in a retro style. The Studio is 3 miles outside the beautiful town of Hay on Wye, on the northern edge of the Brecon Beacons and famous for its bookshops and annual literature, music and walking festivals as well as a host of charming independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, a cinema and weekly farmers market.

Our grade 2 listed roadside cottage is in the heart of historical Ludlow. Cosy and characterful with 2 bedrooms, Lounge, wood burner and fully equipped kitchen/diner. Spacious luxury shower. Close to the market square, Ludlow Castle, the river teme with excellent free trout, grayling fishing and excellent eateries. Fantastic walking around ludlow and a short drive away from the spectacular long mynd. Ludlow hosts many festivals throughout the year including the food, beer and fringe.

Stable is a cosy dog-friendly character cottage with an open-plan living space and an upstairs king double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Stable is one of a five cottage barn conversion adjacent to the host's home set amidst the beautiful Shropshire Hills and border Marches; on the edge of the Downton Estate and Mortimer Forest; with walks/cycling from the doorstep - this cottage is an ideal base for exploring the local area, further afield, or simply relaxing in our courtyard.
