The 2nd floor welcomes you with a brand new kitchen, large bedroom with queen size bed, living room with queen size sofa bed, bathroom and dining room. Enjoy your breakfast (or a glass of wine) on the balcony in the summer. Take the stairs to the third floor, where you will find a private giant master bedroom loft, complete with king size bed and 2 skylights for gazing at the starry sky. Lots of room for your cars! Upon arrival, rest assured that there will always be room for up to 3 cars in the driveway (along with free street parking). Brand new kitchen is fully stocked and includes a washer/dryer for your use. Large bathroom with bathtub. Dining room with table for 6. Living room with large Smart TV with cable and sofa bed with queen size pull out. Stairs lead to the private (with door) master bedroom loft. Comfy king size bed, 2 skylights and lots of books The house is on a friendly street in the town of Picton, Prince Edward County. It was purchased on a whim by a couple who fell in love with the area. Walk downtown to fine restaurants and shops. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 15-minute drive away. Because the house is on the top 2 floors - it is important that you and your guests (including children) are OK with stairs. We do not have baby gates. Home access is keyless via smart lock.

Located in Adolphus Reach, the cottage is 2 minutes away from the Glenora Ferry (free) which takes you in 10 minutes to Prince Edward County. Ferry crosses every 15 mins in summer, 30 min otherwise. 15-35 mins drive to Picton, Bloomfield, Wellington and Sandbanks Prov Park as well as vineyards and restaurants. Our Cottage is at the end of the town of Bloomfield, 15 min walk to the shops in Bloomfield. 6 Min walk to Flame and Smith Restaurant. We are close to restaurants and dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities. No smoking in cottage. 4th bed is the double size sofa bed in the living room.. 2-double beds in downstairs bedroom.. One Queen upstairs loft bedroom.. 1 bathroom on main floor. There is NO LAUNDRY facility. Clothes line outside. Sandbanks Beach Pass included with Stay!

We are 10 minutes from Picton Main Street. The loft is 1,200 square foot open concept space with a full coffee station and a cooks kitchen. We live in a quiet street in the country close to town and vineyards, breweries and cider houses.
