I can't say enough about how beautiful the place is! With all of the windows you have great views and I found it to be a perfect place to unwind after exploring Kauai. The place is clean, and has everything you should need. Matt is also very responsive should anything else come up! When I had a bit of trouble with the lock upon arrival Matt responded instantly and I was good to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for spending time in the north of the island but certainly easy to get to all other areas. Clean and comfortable space, nice decor, great having the walkout patio to enjoy the views. Loved having the Sealodge beach just down a jungle trail next to the place to go and explore. Market and restaurants just down the street. I would stay here again!

My family of 4 (including two teenagers) really loved staying here! Princeville was the right choice for us - away from the busier parts of the island but plenty close to everything we wanted to see and do. The condo fit our needs perfectly. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the tower fans kept the space just the right temperature - in fact, I ordered a few for my house! We especially loved the lanai for morning chats, listening to the birds, and enjoying breakfast. My teens loved the pool, and it was close by. The kitchen had everything we needed, and I appreciated the ease of running a load of laundry. This was a lovely place to stay, and I hope to return someday!

Jason is an absolute gem of a host - open line of communication with very quick and timely responses; super informative and helpful with suggestions/recommendations. His listing was exactly as posted :) We will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

Our stay in Princeville was absolutely wonderful! Emily's place was not only beautiful, but the perfect home base as we explored nearby beaches and towns. The views were simply amazing! We felt like we had the best of both worlds- ocean in the front, trees and mountains in the back. The home was clean, airy and perfect for our family of four. I especially enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning on the Lanai, listening the birds wake up and staring out at the mountains. The house is also in the perfect spot to watch the sunsets out front. Communication was super easy and Emily was always extremely friendly and helpful. My entire family had such a nice time in Kauai, and Emily's home helped to make our trip very special. We will definitely come back again!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus grandparents. It is fully stocked. The gardens are stunning. The pictures don’t do them justice. The location is great. We will happily return!

Place was extemely beautiful and peaceful. Its located in HOA area so the no noise restrictions I actually didn’t mind. Besides hearing the roosters, it was completely quiet, you can literally see all the stars at night from this property. It has a beautiful backyard where we enjoyed having meals. The garage has everything we needed for the beach, including toys for my little one. The beds were actually very confortable. The laundry came in handy so we wouldn’t overpack. The hair drier actually didnt work but the host was quick and friendly on providing a new one. A hairdrier for me was a must since going to sleep with wet hair is a big no for me so I was grateful a new one was provided. Wifi worked great. Only downside was probably the ice machine being dirty and there is a camera in the backyard which i understand is for security reasons but sometimes you can feel watched, but the outdoor shower was something we enjoyed alot. I really loved this place and its location.

Sean and Tracy were great hosts! The unit worked well for my husband and my parents. My mom has mobility issues so having a room and bathroom on the main floor was perfect. The unit itself gets a bit humid in the common areas but with the doors and windows open the cool breeze easily blows through. Would recommend and book again.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The view is even better in person. If you are a plant person you are in for a special treat with the garden. There was more beach gear than we realized so talk to the host and prevent over packing! There is not really AC anywhere but the master (which works great), but there are many fans throughout and part of the upstairs can open to be “open air” space. The downstairs rooms can stay pretty cool if you set it all up right. We felt very safe and even with 6 people there was enough room for us all to spread out and have privacy and space. Great for a family.

The house is amazing — extremely well-stocked, conveniently located (3-minute walk to Foodland!) and the backyard is an unreal private oasis. The house has 4 separate AC units — perfect for cooling down the bedroom with the closed door, but having the patio doors open in the living room. Excellent entertainment options include Sonos speakers. Our family has been to Kauai 15+ times and this house is easily in the top 2 — an unforgettable stay!

Kayla’s house was hands down one of the nicest Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at. She was the loveliest host, super responsive, and provided top notch amenities. From the cold plunge, hot tub, traeger grill to the smaller items like beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, snorkel gear. Nothing was needed and everything felt new and in pristine condition. She also thought of the small details that not many hosts think of. Tinfoil, Plastic wrap and tupperware, tons of beach towels and hot tub towels. Hooks, so many hooks to hand all those towels. I kept saying to my family.. she really thought of the details. Also the layout is perfect, gorgeous views of the mountains, and her high end decor and bedding made you feel like you were in a luxury hotel. It was so so clean and honestly i can go on and on. There was not one issue while we were there. If i could give it 10 stars I would. Cannot wait to return.

We had the most incredible time at this beautiful condo in Princeville! From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate and thoughtfully organized. The space is beautifully decorated and felt like a true home away from home. It had everything we could possibly need — beach chairs, coolers, a wagon, snorkeling gear, umbrella — all the essentials for a perfect day at the beach. The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and we especially loved relaxing by the wonderful pool and hot tub after a day of exploring the island. Michelle was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from booking to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and fully equipped retreat in Kauai!

We had a very pleasant stay. The condo is small, but perfectly equipped for 2 adults. This location is a good starting point to get to several beaches and restaurants. We appreciated that there were beach chairs and towels available for our use. The grocery store in Princeville is great and it was nice to be able to cook some meals during our stay. There is a beautiful spot across the road to watch the sunset.

This place was amazing! The sunset view, the morning coffee on the lanai, the close proximity to a private little beach, and QUIET. One of the things that stood out to me the most was how peaceful this property is… extremely quiet and beautiful landscaping. It is located directly next to The 1 Hotel, a great place to walk to for dinner or drinks. The mini fridge was perfect for our 3 night stay and we were able to make coffee at “home” in the morning. Amir was very nice and easy to communicate with- all our needs were met! We had nice sleep with the icy cold AC and woke up to the best view! Thanks so much again. We will be back. We live on Maui and love to island hop- so this is great to know about this place.

Very nice stay. Our family of five enjoyed the amenities at the property and were comfortable in the unit. Good value overall.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. Everything was close by. The neighborhood is so beautiful and we went on several walks to soak in the beauty. We enjoyed our meals in the lanai as you get to watch the lush landscape and spot so many birds. We loved the fact that it was so close to the Hideaway beach which was so not as crowded as other beaches and was great for snorkeling. Adam was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return.

What a view!! We arrived when it was dark, and I ran to the window as soon as the sun came up the first morning and was thrilled with our view. We just checked in to our next airbnb on the south shore and are already missing the mountains in the north! The resort is easy to navigate with great beach access and my kids loved the pool, too. The condo was a great place for us to rest in the evening and play board games as a family. Excellent communication from the host - would absolutely stay again!

Great stay at Laurie's place - outstanding views and excellent outdoor space/furniture to enjoy them. Unit was very clean and provided all the amenities we needed. Laurie was very accommodating and provided great local tips. Highly recommend!!
