We are within 10mins of Govone Castle and 20-25 mins from the larger towns of Asti and Alba, where the famous international truffle fair is held. Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

The house on two levels has on the ground floor the large kitchen with table overlooking the patio and the pool, lounge and bathroom. On the first floor 3 double bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms en suite. Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a newly renovated house.
