alloggio in posizione eccezionale, come da descrizione, ampio e confortevole. il prezzo per l'alloggio è corretto ed allineato alla zona che forse è proprio un po cara per lo meno nel periodo in cui siamo stati.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in dem Apartment von Silvia (2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist super, sehr nahe am Strand und in der Stadt. Und auch die Kommunikation mit Silvia hat super funktioniert!

Caterina hat uns persönlich begrüßt und mit Tipps versorgt und war auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer gut erreichbar. Ihre Wohnung ist geräumig, gut geschnitten und ideal gelegen. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und ein großer Despar sind gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich saniert und neu eingerichtet. Man merkt an vielen Details, dass sie als private Ferienwohnung der Familie verwendet wird: Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeltisch und Bügeleisen dürfen benutzt werden. In der Küche ist wirklich alles an Geräten, Geschirr und Grundausstattung vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich sauber. 2 kleine Nachteile: Wenn Klimaanlage und Geschirrspüler gleichzeitig gelaufen sind, hat mehrfach der Sicherungsautomat ausgelöst. Die Nachbarn oben waren oft auch während der Nacht recht laut. Zusammengefasst ist die Wohnung hervorragend geeignet für den Aufenthalt einer bis zu sechsköpfigen Familie. Auch wir kommen sicher wieder!

Het appartement beschikt over alle comfort, was uiterst net en is goed gelegen. Er waren meer dan genoeg handdoeken, zeep e.a. De airco werkt prima en het is een goed bed. Alles is vlakbij : bar, café, afhaal, supermarktje, bakker en het strand.

We were in need of a place that provided parking and accommodations for 3. The unit checked all the boxes. Since it is Grado in the summer, it is difficult to get a place. We decided to stay in Grado Pineta which is slightly outside of Grado but still only a 7-10 min. drive to Grado by car. While people say parking in Grado is difficult, we had very good luck finding parking. The unit itself was typical of Italy. It was cozy but functional. There was a very big heat wave while we were there but the host cannot stop this. The AC helped. Most of our Italian friends were complaining about the heat so you know it was hot. Overall, Grado Pineta is a slower pace than Grado but was more than fine. We were close to multiple places to eat. The grocery store was a short walk away. There is a pharmacy across the street which was convenient. All in all, I can recommend the unit. Enjoy. Ciao and Grazie Mille!

Nette Wohnung mit sonnigem Balkon zum Frühstücken. Wir hatten leider öfter Regenwetter - da war die gut funktionierende Heizung sehr angenehm. Gut gelegen - nahe zu Strand, Therme, Spar und Wochenmarkt (Samstag)... Kurzer Spaziergang über die Strandpromenade in die Altstadt. Marco ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet hat. Danke, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :))

Check-in was a breeze! The host, Elaine, provided clear instructions, making it easy to find and access the property. The place was spotless and incredibly clean, just as described. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance was cozy and welcoming. The property had the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The neighborhood's felt safe and pleasant. Elaine was very friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything matched the listing perfectly. Highly recommend staying here.

Great house and location. Spacious and with garden in a very nice city and very homey and calm, a place to feel at home, close to the sea. Really enjoyed our presence. Would come back. Paola extremely helpful - in fact made our arrival possible at short notice. Ps really loved the paintings in the house.

Krásný malý domek se vším co jsme i pro naši poměrně velkou rodinu potřebovali, v zajímavém prostředí přístavu. Pár minut chůze na jednu nebo druhou stranu jsou pěkné veřejné pláže přístupné i psům. S Letizií jsme se osobně nepotkali, ale naše dotazy a přání vždy super rychle a ochotně zodpověděla a splnila. Doufám, že se sem vrátíme.

A large and spacious house, suitable for families or groups of friends, it was clean,the owner was friendly, he answered all questions immediately. I definitely recommend it, we will go back there again

Ilaria nous a très bien accueilli. Elle nous a fait la visite de la maison, et donné quelques suggestions concernant la ville de Bibione. La maison est en excellent état, très propre, tous les équipements annoncés étaient présents et fonctionnels. Le village est très calme, la piscine est propre, l'environnement est également très bien entretenu. La ville de Bibione est agréable, de nombreux magasins à touristes (:o) mais aussi de bons restaurants. La plage publique (gratuite) est à 2 ou 3 km (prévoir la voiture pour y aller, mais il est très facile de se garer). Il y avait assez peu de monde, le sable est fin, et on a pied très longtemps (idéal pour les enfants). Bref, c'était parfait. Encore merci à Ilaria pour son accueil et sa maison, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Häuschen in Strandnähe, genügend Platz für 6 Personen, sodass alle in Betten und Zimmern (3 Zimmer!) schlafen können. Hat genau gepasst für uns 2 Familien. Vielen Dank! Gerne wieder!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Würden wir jederzeit wieder machen!

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Grado. Kurze Wege zum Meer und zum Hafen. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und die Wohnung war makellos sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Davide war unkompliziert, zügig und sehr freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Super Unterkunft, sehr modern, alles toll neu hergerichtet. Die Lage war sensationell- Strand vor der Tür, tolle Lokale in der Nahe Wir werden wiederkommen

Alles ganz unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist hell, sauber und gemütlich.

Minden rendben volt, jó a szállás, teljesen felszerelt, közel van a parthoz. Parkoló helyet viszont nehéz találni egész Gradóban

We really enjoyed our stay at Ennio’s place in the charming fishing village of Villaggio del Pescatore. It’s a great base for trips to Duino, Trieste, and Grado. The view of the canal is absolutely beautiful, and the Prosecco was delicious—thank you! We also really appreciated the helpful tips for local trips and things to see. Overall, we had a wonderful time in the apartment and truly enjoyed Ennio’s hospitality. Tip tor travelers: try Ristorante Al Cavalluccio in Duino - best meals!

Esperienza assolutamente positiva! Appartamento posizionato in centro ma dotato di tutti i comfort moderni, complimenti alle ragazze per la loro accoglienza. Esperienza da ripetere senza alcun dubbio!b

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Balkon klasse zum entspannen. Der Strand ist ein paar Min entfernt. Daneben gibt es ein Café für Croissants am Morgen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastisch verblijf met 2 volwassenen en 2 jonge kinderen. Veel speelgoed, fijne bedden, alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben was er. De fietsen een hele fijne toevoeging voor deze treinreizigers. Goed gebruik van gemaakt. Ook fijn dat er strand- en badhanddoeken waren. Kinderen vonden het leuk in het stapelbed. Wasmachine werkte makkelijk, aan de achterkant tegen bosrand groot balkon, heerlijk om te zitten. Supermarktje en bodega om de hoek, grotere supermarkt op fietsafstand. Er waren alleen wat restaurants in Pineta (permanent) gesloten, soms ook als er stond op Google dat het open was. We denken dat Pineta een knauw van covid heeft gehad, kan ook zijn omdat we in het voorseizoen waren. Maar het was niet druk in de omgeving, ook wel lekker rustig. Grado was wel veel te doen qua winkels/restaurants.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung mit vielen feinen, kleinen Details, die uns gut gefallen haben, Zeichnungen an der Wand, Treibholzskulpturen, Muscheln u.ä. sowie ausgewählte Möbel. All dies, neben der herrlichen Terrasse, auf der ab nachmittags Schatten und immer wieder ein kühler Wind bläst, haben uns einen schönen Aufenthlat beschert. Die Wohnung ist so geschnitten, dass man selbst im Hochsommer mit geöffneten Fenstern einen angenehmen Durchzug erzeugen kann. Und wer auch ein bisschen Strandleben mit Musik am Abend mag, ist in der Hochsaison hier am richtigen Ort. Ebbe und Flut bekommt man hier zu Gesicht wie selten am Mittelmeer, auch das ist besonders. Um im Tiefen zu baden, geht man erstmal 200 m kniehoch ins Meer hinein. Wer es ein bisschen weniger lieblich mag, wird an der Werft von Monfalcone am Horizont Freude haben. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen! Billo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber!
