Monkeys and Scarlet Macaws will play in the trees as you relax in your hammock to the sounds of the waves. Two houses: 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (+ a bathtub), several couches/living room areas, kitchen, an outdoor terrace, outdoor shower, a grill, picnic tables, lounge chairs and a hammock.

The house is 150 m from the Playa Carbonera, a 15 minute beautiful walk to Playa Pan Dulce and a 10 minute drive to Playa Matapalo beach. The home is completely off the grid, generating its power from solar, and has many modern conveniences including full size fridge, industrial stove, solar hot water, wifi and a brand new dipping pool off of the deck.

This beachfront house is located on Matapalo Beach and overlooks Cabo Matapalo's world class right hand point break. This is one of the few homes in the area with a refreshing ocean breeze as well as scarlet macaws and sloths who frequent surrounding almond trees. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles are also commonly sighted from Matapalo beach. Please note that due to rough waves and rocky coastline Matapalo Beach is not ideal for swimming.
