We recently stayed at Residences in Little Rock and were thoroughly impressed. The design and attention to detail throughout the property were outstanding, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The location was perfect—just steps away from the conference area, great restaurants, and downtown event spaces. Everything we needed was within walking distance. While we were a bit disappointed that the rooftop was closed for maintenance during our stay, we still enjoyed the amenities available. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting downtown Little Rock.

Such a great location! The neighborhood was easy to walk around and the trolley was available to get across the bridge. Huge space! Wish I was there longer. Hosts were great with quick responses!

Wonderful stay! Came for Little Rock marathon weekend and this was a perfect location! Easy to get to the race and the rooftop hot tub felt amazing on tired legs. I would highly recommend. The communication was very good and they were very responsive.

I am profoundly grateful of Jorge and his sweet mom. They are the most welcoming, caring, respectful, and supportive family that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They will make you feel right at home. Beyond that, the location couldn’t be more perfect! A very safe neighborhood with everything being extremely close by. Highly recommend!

Vickie was very hospitable and even helped me to find an honest and reasonable mechanic when my car was having trouble!

Vickie answered all of my questions super quick, and was accommodating when my flight was super delayed. Her place is really cute! The street is busy and loud, but she provides ear plugs if you'd like them. Loved staying here solo!
