We enjoyed our stay at Monika's home. Everything was exactly as pictured. We have stayed in Rotunda West a few times and like the neighborhood. It's quiet, safe and the neighbors are friendly. There are so many beaches nearby and great shopping. Monika is a great host, quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. Thank you Monika for sharing your home with us.

The first thing I have to say is, I was close to giving up on Airbnb‘s altogether due to having a couple bad experiences and being told one thing and it not happening so I have to admit I was pretty skeptical from the beginning, but Michael was a wonderful host. Communication was great. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was just like in the pictures. We were there for a wedding. My family can’t wait to stay there again. While we were there, we checked out a few of the restaurants that were suggested and went to downtown Cape Coral and went to a cute little boutique called Simply Golden and my husband loved it because there was a great cigar bar right across the street. I would highly recommend this place. Can’t wait till our next stay. Thank you Michael!!!!

We booked Villa Courtyard based on the photos, but when we arrived, it completely exceeded our expectations. The design of the house is stunning, the atmosphere is warm and cozy, and everything was spotless. The pool and hot tub were both in perfect condition—clean, easy to access, and exactly what we needed to relax. At first, we had a little trouble figuring out how to turn on the pool heat and bubbles. But the highlight? I called the property manager, James, late on a Friday night (well after hours), and he still took the time to guide me through everything with clear instructions. That kind of service is rare and really appreciated. The whole team was super professional and friendly, with such a good vibe throughout. Everything we needed was provided—plenty of towels, gas for the grill, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, including a coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, and more. Highly, highly recommended! Thanks again to Björn and the team!

Location was perfect! Beautiful sunsets, close to downtown. Pool is great. Comfortable beds. Franz was a great, responsive host. We would definitely stay again!

The accommodation were as advertised, everything was brand new and immaculate, the community was 90% empty due to renovations from Milton back in October. Only 1 issue and NOT Pamela’s fault, worker had done something to the to the Bungalow across from our unit, which caused smoke detector to alert at 4:30 am on Sunday morning and not turn off till 9:30 am. After hours maintenance # was call with negative results. Office manager was informed on Monday morning. We experienced a repeat performance Tuesday morning until representative was able to resolve the issue. All that being said we had a wonderful trip.

The host were very responsive, flexible and on top of everything! I had a question about the controls and the property manager was out within a half an hour to assist with my questions. The property itself was fabulous! Lots of different places to be together as a group or have your own separate quiet place. The top floor was great to enjoy the morning sun, the dock with the canopy was great for a peaceful game or art project. The whole pool area was beautiful and relaxing as well! The whole neighborhood was very peaceful and serene, yet close to restaurants and Rumrunners. Would definitely rent this home again!

The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

No one says “I’ve stayed long enough.” We contemplated how we could stay a few extra days. Home is beautiful…pool/hot tub amazing. Enjoyed a movie night on the lanai. Thank you for the surprise meals. Definitely an added bonus that made a fun/relaxing dinner while enjoying the home. We plan to return next year…please don’t sell the property!

Beautiful, clean and perfect for families. The pictures don’t do it justice! Pool was lovely and well maintained. Lots of beach items for use in the garage. Neil and Keely were very kind and responsive. Tons of space for our large family. Would definitely go back!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay! Graham was an excellent host, and everything was perfect during our 5 night stay. The pool is gorgeous, warm, and has a beautiful backdrop of the golf course. We loved watching the sun rise there every morning. The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

Highly recommend! We stayed for a week and had a great time. Place was exactly as shown and had everything we needed. Communication with hosts was easy and responsive. Spent lots of time at the pool. We liked the location with easy access to both Clam Pass and Lowdermilk beaches. Recommend catching a sunset. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping needs. Would definitely go back!

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!

Cape Coral was a bit further from beaches than desirable, but the house more than made up for that to enjoy our warm/sunny stay in Florida. Pros: Outside area (pool/hot tub, large table, games for kids) with a huge sliding door to the living room/kitchen were perfect for 6 adults + 4 kids. Felt very comfortable with the cost. Andrew & Michelle were responsive with every question we had. Cons: lack/lower quantity of some common items: paper towels, toilet paperb, Kleenex, air hockey didn’t work (we replaced), pizza cutter, beach towels, etc. Would highly recommend for a large family focused on quality pool time, a very nice home and responsive hosts.

We loved the outdoor living aspect of the lanai, the grill and seating poolside. I started the day with coffee out on the lanai, grilled out, went for a swim, lay out the sun and end with a last nighttime dip in the pool. I hardly wanted to go inside, it was so relaxing. We would rent this home again if we were in the area.
