Semelia was very accommodating. The parking was right next to the room and the bed was very comfortable.

This sweet place is so quiet and peaceful and perfect for getting away from the noise of OIa itself. It's a challenging climb up and down the path (or a wait for the water taxi), but it is ultimately worth it for the peace. Listening to the ocean as it laps against the shoreline is soothing to soul. You can dip your toes in or walk a short way for a swim. The restaurant next door does not intrude on the quietness and the food is world class. Make sure you get a reservation as soon as possible!!! The host was very helpful - even through flight scheduling mishaps - and always willing to jump in with some help or a recommendation. If you're looking for a place off the beaten path where you can rest and recharge, this is the place!!!

Nous avons passés 10 jours dans cette maison à 2, la maison est au coeur du centre, à 10-15 min des plages à pieds, toutes les activités/sorties sont accessibles à proximité mais l'emplacement reste cependant très agréable et très calme, Chora est magnifique, Ios aussi, et l'hôte Tatiana est absolument géniale, on a même eu la chance d'avoir une petite visite de l'île à notre arrivée avec pleisn de bons conseils pour profiter de Ios le plus possible. Je ne peux que vous recommander de prendre des vacances chez Tatiana dans cette superbe maison pour découvrir la Grèce, Merci pour tout Tatiana ❤️🇬🇷

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!! You can hear and see the water from your quaint front porch. We spent our mornings sitting and drinking espresso while listening to the water in the fishing village down below. It’s perfect for a stay on Milos. I wish we were there longer. You’re 5-10 minutes from Sarakiniko beach and several others. Medousa is down the street. Parking is easy. There’s even a little food stall with snacks and beverages 30 seconds away. The bnb eas stocked with food and drinks for our entire stay. It’s everything you want and more. If this place is available, do yourself a favor and stay here.

Wir wurden herzlich von Daniella begrüßt, die uns Alles gezeigt hat. Zimmer und Einrichtung entsprechen den Bildern, die Kochnische war ausreichend ausgestattet für Steak und Risotto. Im Kühlschrank war neben einer Minibar genügend Platz für eigene Einkäufe. Weiterhin stand eine kleine Nespressomaschine zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick auf den Pool war tagsüber traumhaft und abends mit Beleuchtung magisch! Viel Zeit haben wir trotzdem nicht dort verbracht, da der Strand lediglich 150 m entfernt war. Das Haus war stabil; auch bei stärkerem Wind hat nichts geklappert. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Alles in allem können wir nur Gutes über unseren Urlaub hier berichten und sind einfach rundum glücklich :)

We stayed at Bernard and George’s place for five days in August, and we absolutely loved it! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and quiet. The shared outdoor kitchen worked perfectly, and the communal spaces were overall fantastic. Despite the shared pool and kitchen, there was plenty of privacy. The place is even better in real life than in the pictures! Bernard and George were brilliant hosts—so generous and full of great recommendations for the area. We definitely recommend it! Thank you!

Firstly, Mykonos, what a beautiful place full of equally beautiful people. Antonis, was the perfect host. He was responsive and helpful leading up to our trip. When we arrived he explained everything and gave local recommendations. What stood out is that he was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your stay was perfect. On our first day he very kindly offered to take us to a supermarket due to the bank Holiday. We were so grateful to him and his staff. The accommodation was very clean, beautifully decorated, peaceful and just what we needed. Perfect place especially with my situation! I needed to stay near the airport as I was waiting for my girlfriend to arrive the next day. My flight had arrived late into the evening, but even with that, Tatiana was very flexible! She was even flexible with the check out time. I showed up and they even offered to help me order food if I was hungry instead of searching for food myself! She made sure to explain everything that was needed to be known before heading to bed. Very friendly and hospitable. I most definitely recommend her place!

We had a great stay at Orhan’s place! It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet—everything we needed was there. Orphan was super responsive and friendly throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed spending time around the fire pit, and my 5-year-old son absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again!

Maria’s place was wonderful. She is a warm and welcoming host, always attentive to any need. The space itself is adorable. We felt relaxed and enjoyed the stay immensely. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed in a 'tiny house'. The lay out was magic. Really great. The only thing.... the mattrass was (very Greek) too tough. I had to put my own topmattrass on it (I have a friend in the neighbourhood who keeps my topper and I got it there). But if I wouldn't have that it would have been hard for me to sleep. Also I really loved the cats and little doggie Paris. Be safe Paris!

We had the most fabulous stay! Andreas was super helpful in giving so many recommendations, the location was perfect and the views were out of this world! we will miss eating dinner with this view!

E' stato tutto perfetto!!! La casa è una Tiny house costruita con amore e con molto gusto. I letti sono comodi e la cucina ha tutto ciò che serve. Il bagno esterno è meraviglioso e molto comodo. Dalla terrazza, ben protetta dal sole e dal vento, si ammira un paesaggio unico che va dal mare alla vallata. La casa è in una posizione dove regna il silenzio e la pace, sia di giorno che di notte. Questo piccolo angolo di paradiso si raggiunge facendo po' di fuoristrada, nulla che non si possa affrontare con una piccola macchina (FIAT Panda). Dalla casa si ammira la bellissima spiaggia. Li vicino un ristorante dove si mangia molto bene. Dimitris e Marchia, i genitori dell'host, sono discreti ma sempre presenti per qualsiasi necessità. La mia famiglia ha instaurato un rapporto di sincera amicizia con Dimitris e Marchia, persone meravigliose e uniche!!! Ci torneremo!!!

Great stay. The owner was very kind and always in touch, he answered any question and was always happy to help. The house and the whole area are very clean, the bathroom and kitchen too. All surfaces, mirrors and glass are absolutely clean. The owner also offers transfers from and to the airport. It is cheaper, faster and more reliable than a taxi. The house had everything you need: towels, shampoos, shower gels, toothpaste. The kitchen even had all the utensils needed. Many thanks to Georgios and his sweet wife Fevrona for their hospitality! We will be happy to return.

The location is perfect near restaurants and shopping area, plenty parking available and quiet place. Will definitely choose again Alexandro’s house.

Fiyat performans olarak 10/10 bir yer. Alaçatıda böyle ucuz, güvenilir ve tertemiz bir yer bulduğumuza biz bile şaşkınız. Bir çok koya yakın, çarşıya yürüyerek 10-15 dakika migros vs hemen yakında oldukça güzel bir konum. Kendimize özel oturma alanımız var ve evlerin etrafında ağaçlar var. Kimse kimseyi bahçesinde otururken görmüyor. En güzeli de mahremiyet arıyorsanız oldukça ideal bir yer. Yan evimizde çocuklu aile vardı ama ne ses ne seda vardı. Biz oldukça memnun kaldık ki böyle bir beklenti ile de gitmedik. Alaçatı gişelerinden sonraki dönel kavşağın hemen alt tarafında. Bursadan gittik ve adresi sanki daha önce gitmiş gibi bulduk. Ayrıca mutfakta da yemek yapabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Çamaşır makinesi ütü deterjan vs var. Yani sadece kıyafet alıp gitmelik bir yer. Ayrıca gidenlerde Fedon koyuna gitsin. Araçla 15 dakika ama güzelliği paha biçilemez. Sessiz sakin akvaryum gibi pek kimsenin bilmediği bir koy.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, das Bett ist bequem, die Bäder sauber, der Jacuzzi rundet die Unterkunft ab. Vera hat uns als Gastgeberin komplett überzeugt. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen uns die Insel zu erklären und uns perfekte Ideen für einen schönen Urlaub gegeben. Wir haben über die Unterkunft einen Bootstrip um die Insel gebucht, den wir absolut empfehlen können. Es gibt einen Aspekt zu beachten, der uns gut gefallen hat, aber wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache ist: die Unterkunft liegt am Ende einer sehr schmalen Straße oben auf einem kleinen Hügel. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig. Falls man einen Mietwagen nimmt, dann auf jeden Fall das Auto so klein wie möglich nehmen.

Πολύ ομορφο, καθαρό σπίτι με πολύ ωραία αυλή, ιδανική για τη διαμονή μας με τα παιδία!!! Πολλοί καλοί, ευγενικοί κ πρόθυμοι ιδιόκτητες... Σίγουρα σε επομένη επίσκεψη μας στα Κύθηρα, θα επιδιώξουμε να μείνουμε πάλι εκεί κ το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Anna was very responsive and helpful when we enquired about her studio , due to us moving out of the accommodation we were in. Anna was flexible for us to book in early and on arrival we were greeted and shown to the studio . The studio had sea views which was stunning . The studio has lovely deco and was clean . The area was close to several beaches and restaurants. I will definitely be going back .

Really enjoyed our stay at the tiny house. Very well kitted out with everything that you'd ever need. Coffee options galore. Peaceful setting with the house set a short distance back from a quiet road. The odd car travelling past is all that we really heard. Within walking distance from a local beach which was good. 20 minute drive from vibrant Alacati and I would HIGHLY recommend paying to use the toll road over toll free roads. Good communication from the host.
