Bel appartement bien équipé dans un quartier très calme et sécurisé. Les supermarchés sont à 10 minutes à pied, les plus belles plages sont accessibles en voiture en seulement 15 minutes. Lisa est absolument charmante et efficace. Je reviendrai.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Alessandros Haus! Alessandro hat uns vorab schon viele tolle Tipps zukommen lassen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft mit sardischen Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Check-In und Out verliefen unkompliziert. Wir waren von der Lage, dem Blick und der Ausstattung des Hauses absolut begeistert. Das Haus ist 8 Gehminuten vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt - auch hier! Alessandro hat uns Liegen und Schirme zur Verfügung gestellt, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, wenn man etwas benötigt. Wir hatten kurzzeitig ein Problem mit dem Bewässerungssystem, nach kurzer Kontaktaufnahme mit Alessandro sind 5 Minuten später Gärtner eingetroffen die das Ganze behoben haben. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Danke für diese unglaublich tolle Zeit 🌞❤️

La casa di Marcello ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza in relax e di godere della bellezza delle spiagge vicinissime sia a piedi che in auto. La casa è funzionale, pulita e il doppio servizi è molto comodo per le famiglie. A pochi passi si trovano ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, farmacia, ecc. I consigli di Marcello sono stati di grande aiuto.

Ben oltre le aspettative, l’appartamento è fornito di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno durante una vacanza, accogliente e comodo, un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare le spiagge vicine e anche quelle non così vicine. Peccato non poter rimanere di più. Un plus notevole avere a disposizione due bagni, la lavatrice e il parcheggio privato nel cortile interno.

Michael è un ottimo Host, gentile e molto disponibile. Posizione ottima e riservata. Casa spaziosa e confortevole, fornita di tutto l’essenziale. Super terrazzo esterno e perfetto per un po’ di relax. Host e casa super consigliate!

What a wonderful place! We have been here for a week and really enjoyed every day. The house is wonderfully quiet and has everything you need. Thank you Gabriele for your hospitality and all the great tips! Our first introduction to Sardinia, but certainly not the last!

Cinque stelle solo perché non se ne possono dare di più! Michela disponibile e molto reattiva alle richieste. La casa è stupenda, dotata di tutti i confort possibili (lavatrice, lavastoviglie,macchinetta del caffè, forno, microonde, barbecue, climatizzatore sia al piano terra che nel soppalco, tv) e all'arrivo tutto presente per iniziare il soggiorno (bagnoschiuma, shampoo, capsule del caffè, marmellate e brioches per la colazione, detersivi per lavatrice e lavastoviglie, occorrente per fare il barbecue); inoltre dotato di asciugamani e lenzuola (anche per il lettino del bimbo piccolo). Plus: kit di benvenuto con ichnusa fredda in frigo e pomodorini buonissimi. Posto decisamente rilassante, fuori dal caos ma a tre minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia di Flumendosa, consigliataci da Michela (bella, non troppo affollata e con prezzi decisamente abbordabili per ombrellone e lettini). In pratica, arrivare e sentirsi fin da subito in vacanza grazie all'accuratezza dell'host.

Fulvio e sua moglie sono stati impeccabili: accoglienti, gentili e super disponibili. Ci hanno reso il soggiorno molto piacevole oltre ad averci offerto l'alloggio perfetto: l'appartamento è grande e accogliente, arredato con pezzi unici che ti fanno sentire a casa. Ha un balcone e una veranda speciali. È dotata di ogni comfort; ci hanno fatto trovare bagnoschiuma, shampoo, caffè, pasticcini e altro; mettono a disposizione giochi, ombrelloni e teli per la spiaggia, comodità incredibile se si viaggia in aereo. Ogni angolo era pulitissimo, ho visto pochi alloggi così, veramente apprezzato.

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Ubytovanie malú pre nás skvelú polohu. Bolo v tichej lokalite. Obchody boli v pešej vzdialenosti aj pláž. Parkovanie v garáži alebo na ulici veľmi jednoduché. Kuchyňa výborne vybavená, bolo tam všetko čo sme potrebovali. Majiteľ nám všetko vysvetlil a dal veľa typov na výlety a reštaurácie. Centrum mesta veľmi jednoducho dostupné aj MHD. Zastávka autobusu pešo 7 min. Pacilo sa mi ako separujú odpad. Cítili sme sa bezpečne a príjemne.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

Federico was extremely accommodating and very prompt with his response. On the first day there he offered to drive us to the beach for free! He sent me the times of the bus timetable located opposite the property, and recommended the best restaurants in the area. The location is right on the doorstep on the town centre, and about a 26 minute walk to the nearest beach Spiaggia simius. Overall very amazing location and accommodation!

Wir haben uns bei Elisabetta wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sie ist ein toller Host und hat uns beim Check-in persönlich durch die Wohnung geführt und sofort viele Tipps zum Erkunden der Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet - in Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung ist ein Supermarkt - sehr praktisch. In 20 min zu Fuß erreicht man die historische Innenstadt von Cagliari. Mit dem Auto kann man die Strände der Umgebung besuchen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Elisabetta und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie per aver arricchito il nostro viaggio. Alessandra è antonio

Прекрасна,чиста квартира для короткочасного перебування і ознайомлення з містом.Розташована в самому центрі в історичній будівлі з великою терасою з видом на порт.Однозначно рекомендую бажаючим зупининится в Cagliari.

Wir haben im Oktober eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Es hatte sogar Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, so dass man bei Nacht die Fenster offen lassen konnte. Die Terrasse hatte Morgensonne und wenn man Glück hatte, konnte man Papageien in den Bäumen beobachten. Die Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch das Zentrum von Villasimius ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bei Problemen war Allessandro sofort zur Stelle. Wir sind in der Nacht mit dem Auto angekommen und haben mit den Anweisungen die Wohnung sehr leicht gefunden. Es war alles super, Danke Allessandro

Grazioso appartamento non rende abbastanza quello che è in realtà, in casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui potevamo aver bisogno, posizione ottima sia per la vicinanza alle spiagge che al centro. Claudia gentilissima ci ha consigliato sia per il noleggio che per le spiaggie migliori, consigliatissimo

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gab es alles was man braucht (einschließlich Öl, Essig, Salz Pfeffer, Lappen, Spülmittel usw.)! Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Federico ottimo padrone di casa ci ha accolto benissimo offrendoci tutto e di più sia per il bagno che per la cucina. Gentile ed attento. sempre disponibile, basta un mess e subito risponde. Sicuramente consiglierò ad amici e a chi mi chiederà consigli per Villasimius. Speriamo di rivederci presto. Grazie di cuore e continua così. Spiagge stupende in tutta la zona.

Super logement près de Cagliari ! Nous y avons passé environ 12 jours. Je remercie Ornella pour sa réactivité au moindre soucis ! La location est très bien située et le parking privé est un plus. On est à proximité de la plage, du supermarché, bar, café, restaurants. Le gîte est très propre avec tous les services à disposition pour y rester sur une longue période (machine à laver, cuisine équipée,...). On s'y sent vraiment bien, je recommande !

We enjoyed our stay, near enough to centre without the touristy hustle and bustle. Lovely comfortable space, lots of nice Italian touches and special balcony for views and outside meals.

Anna ist eine sehr aufmerksame und faszinierende Gastgeberin. Super Kommunikation, immer helfend. Mit dem ersten Schritt, in die Ferienwohnung und bis zum letzten Urlaubstag, fühlten wir uns total Angekommen. Traumhaft! Die Wohnung sehr sehr sauber, hell, freundlich, es ist alles vorhanden. Der Balkon, mit Blick direkt auf das Meer, dem Meeresrauschen und dem Sonnenaufgang, es ist absolut umwerfend, romantisch.
