Great spot, lovely accommodation.

A compact apartment that packed in everything we needed. Full kitchen, comfortable seating with views across town to sea from large picture window, great bed (also with views to sea), handy storage alcoves for clothes and suitcases, shower with plentiful hot water, and - the nicest surprise - a great size deck with bbq. There's no full photo of deck so we worried it might be tiny but loved it and the views to sea and mountains. It is overlooked by the picture window of the rear unit, this was never a problem and we used it often as weather was great. Short walk to town (we dont drive), handy supermarket and host's cafe and bar recommendations. Just one design flaw; the L-shape breakfast bar fits 2 stools under but only one human when you pull out the stools! It was a pity not to have comfortable dining space when evenings got cooler and we ate indoors. Overall an excellent choice and great value for Picton.

Beautiful views. Very central. There's lots of eateries within minutes walk. Apartment was spacious and clean. Really well stocked kitchen. Great stay and would stay again. Had to contact Kim with a small issue and she was very responsive and helpful.

Nice apartment right in the middle of Picton convenient for the ferries, restaurants and handily with a parking space.

Our stay at Don’s place was nothing short of marvelous. From the moment we stepped in, we felt right at home. We are sincerely thankful for Don’s hospitality and the care he puts into making us feel welcomed. We hope to return in the future and would highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a comfortable and delightful stay.

We had a wonderful one night stay with Ligita and Bob how were very helpful and friendly hosts. Very comfortable apartment with everything you would need for a short stay, very close to main road and easy to find. There is an excellent mussel restaurant 10 minutes walk.

Great place with the perfect location for seeing Picton and also walkable distance to the ferry terminals. Has everything you need. Really cosy and warm! Jill was also a great communicator

We fully enjoyed our stay! The house is lovely, and you see the beautiful greenery outside through the windows and skylights. Everything you need in the kitchen, and a lovely place to enjoy your meals, inside or outside on the deck. Easy walk to marina and restaurants. Jo was very communicative, and Tony, who was home, is a very helpful, friendly host.

Beautiful unit in great location

After the initial shock of driving up the very steep drive everything went smoothly. Friendly communicative hosts with clear instructions on how to get into the unit. The unit had everything we needed. To top it off the stunning expansive views on all sides and beautiful lap and spa pool plus the priceless silence made this one of our best air b n b stays yet Thank you.

Such a great apartment! Was way bigger than we were expecting. Awesome view! Such a shame we were only staying one night! We’ll definitely look to be back next time we’re down that way.

Really enjoyed 2 nights with John, great tales and advice on the area. The accommodation is clean and tidy with Picton town centre in easy walking distance A stay with John is well it.

So glad we stayed here. Very comfortable home with a fantastic view. This ended up being our favourite place to stay during our NZ holiday.
