The flat is cosy, light and homely. There’s 3 heaters in the annexe for chilly evenings. Tea/coffee/sugar/towels are complimentary. It is around 7miles into Bath/Bristol where there is ample car parking. Bus service to Bath/Bristol are 100yrds of flat. A car is recommended for supplies. Please let us know if your car is large so we can advise parking on our drive. The nearest station is Keynsham which is a 10min drive/30min walk. Tv is available with Netflix and all sports channels

Beautiful countryside walks, along with multiple pubs and the famous Pensford Viaduct are all on your doorstep. We have installed a brand new 55 inch smart tv and super fast Starlink internet making this a perfect place to relax or work.

There is a local farm (Langford farm) just 5 mins walk where you can collect fresh organic milk . Bristol airport is only 20 mins drive away .
