We had to make an emergency trip back to NZ after the sudden passing of a beloved family member. Sarah’s home was perfect for our big group, close to amenities and not far from whanau and friends. The house was very homely, clean and inviting. We loved the spa, it helped us all unwind after our long stressful days. Sarah was very responsive when I messaged in relation to questions whilst we visited. We would definitely book again!

Andy was a very responsive and proactive host which made us feel relaxed and reassured to reach out if needed. The home was as described and suited our needs perfectly. The view was just glorious and the location fantastic!

We stayed at Pumice during the off-season for Okahune, so the vibes may be a bit different during the Winter months, but our stay was super relaxing. Pumice is obviously gorgeous and the design was well-crafted. The kitchen has everything you'd need to cook a meal (we cooked thrice). The shower is lovely and I'm sure the heated floors only get better in the winter months. Evan is super helpful and kind - don't hesitate to reach out if you have concerns during your stay. Okahune in the off-season doesn't have a lot going on, but you should still check out the Carrot park - it was a highlight of our stay as we just kind of stumbled upon it. There is also a small disc golf course within a 5 minute walk if you're into that. Be sure to grab a latte while you're in NZ - I feel like every place we went made the best latte I've ever had and the little store in Okahune was no exception. Grab an eclaire while you're there.

Very welcoming. Host arrived with some freshly baked bread and the fire was warming the house. We recommend staying here!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Ohakune and the hot tub and games room really made this place a game changer for our stay. The house was tidy and easy to check in. There are little cards throughout the place with clear instructions on how to use the fire, spa and information about check out which were fantastic and made the process super easy. Hindsight bnb was magical! Breathtaking views, well-appointed kitchen and furnishings, comfortable beds, great water pressure in shower, and unique side-by-side outdoor bathtubs to take in spectacular views and listen to the music of bellowing stags. We stayed there 2 weeks to tour wineries, hike nearby trails, and visit with friends. Sally and Grant were amazing and responsive hosts. We were lucky to receive a tour of their deer farm, riding with Grant in his side-by-side over hills and gullies. Amazing! A great Airbnb experience- do not pass this one up!

A lovely home-away-from-home in the heart of Ruapehu. Great for a respite from the all the hiking, biking, and skiing in the area.

Another great stay! Perfect for two families. Love the spa and the large dining table. Cosy heating and a well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the Powderkeg which is a great bonus.
