A cozy little hideaway, tucked away between mountains, this is an ideal escape from the busy life of the Emirates. If you need a quick getaway for some peace and quiet I highly advise you choose this villa. I have now stayed here for a month as I am working nearby in Hatta, after a busy day I find this location very comforting. It's wonderful to sit outside as the night rolls in and watch the sky light up with stars. With mountains all around the area stays relatively cool with wind blowing through nearly all day long. Even during the month of August which has seen high levels of humidity paired with typical summer temperatures the climate in the area has felt comfortable. For people looking to explore the surrounding areas, such as Hatta, this villa is ideally situated a short drive away, there are no issues with traffic and it is far quieter than places located closer to Hatta's main attractions. The host is fantastic, attentive and helpful. I hope to visit again in future!

Good place to stay. And you can’t find good food in the surrouding area. The only problem I face it’s not close to Dubai metro rest is fine.

I have no words to describe the place and the hospitality of Abdul and his family. Abdul is such a great host, very accommodating, goes out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 10/10 will recommend and will book again if given a chance.

Hidden gem and absolutely the best service. Easy checkin, spacious, the pool is great and the cinema was the perfect way to bring in my birthday. Thank you Abdalla and team!

First of all, this place was spectacular. Amazing views from every room of the Burj Khalifa! When we return to Dubai, we will absolutely stay at this unit again. It was spacious, clean, located in a great area near Dubai Mall. Anunay had a partner, Adil, who checked us in at something like 230am. Amazing service. When we arrived late at night, Adil was waiting for us, helped us get situated, and made the check-in as smooth as possible. Further, we let Adil know that we would need laundry detergent, dish soap, and sponges to clean the dishes with, and Adil sent those items to us the next day. First class service by Adil. We'll definitely be back!

One of my favourite Airbnb stays! Soha and Charbel are fantastic hosts - super friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. The apartment itself is lovely: the bed is really comfortable, the pool and gym are great, and the whole space is just easy to relax in. It’s in a brilliant location too - just a short walk to the metro, around 25 minutes to Marina Mall on foot, and surrounded by loads of great restaurants that are within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in JLT!

appartement spacieux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire machine a café expresso, machine a laver, grille pain, mixeur, tout les ustensiles nécessaire et inimaginable. la piscine ouvert jusqu'à 22h, propre avec une vue sur le burj et la petite marina (exceptionnelle). cette étage dispose d'un jacuzzi peu fréquenté, une salle de sport, hammam, sauna. Très bien situé à 15 minutes à pied du burj khalifa et du Dubaï mall. il y a une supérette ouverte 24/24 au pied de l'immeuble, vous pouvezacheterune glace ou un paquet de cigarette a 4h du matin. L'hôte est au petit soin soucieux de notre bien être, très réactif et qui vient aux nouvelles. je recommande sans hésiter, j'aurais aimé y habiter, je suis chanceux d'avoir eu la bonne pioche. et si je devais y retourner je reprendrai le même, super expérience. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered to create a welcoming atmosphere. It provided a perfect vantage point to admire the city's splendor. This place is in a great location and has a really nice interior. The photos make it look bigger than it actually is, but it’s still plenty big for 2-3 people. The host is super helpful and always ready to help. They’ll reply to your questions in minutes! I’ll definitely be booking again!

Sam is een top host. Reageert snel , en is altijd bereikbaar. Het apartement is ruim, schoon, heeft een mooie zwembad en ligt aan het strand. Je kunt ook naar de sportschool. In de garage van het complex zit een kleine supermarkt op 3min afstand. Nakheel mall is op loopafstand. (10min) kortom , top verblijf. Ik zal zeker nog een keer bij sam huren !!!
