Welcome to your one-of-a-kind, historic experience located in the countryside just 1 mile east of Springfield city limits. You will experience our finely furnished family home with modern technology & conveniences, originally the one-room North Round Prairie country school from 1875 to 1945. Deluxe features include nature trails, wildflowers, sitting areas, full garage access, and a working cattle farm provide a one-of-a-kind, quality experience. A 3rd bedroom suite upstairs was added in '22!

The apartment is centrally located and allows easy access to everything Springfield has to offer. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and a large living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. We can easily accommodate six guests with a queen-sized air mattress. We also have a pack-n-play available for little guests. There is 1800 sq ft on the first floor including a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom boasting a jacuzzi tub, a fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, and an attached 2-car garage. In the walkout basement, there is a fourth bedroom, full bath and a TV area. A patio adjoining the dining room, a charcoal grill, and full-size hot tub-all perfect for entertaining your whole group.
