Rien à dire à part que c’était parfait merci pour ces vacances dans le calme et le confort

Magnifique maison dans un superbe quartier paisible au bord du Nil. Maison vaste, nickel, super bien aménagée. Jardin splendide. Magnifique piscine qui a ravi notre fille. Emplacement idéal pour visiter louxor Est et Ouest. Des commerces à proximité. Des restaurants paisibles et bucoliques au bird du Nil à 2 minutes à pieds. Le ferry pour passer sur la rive Est ou des bateaux. Felouques pour admirer la nature de la rive Ouest. Mohamed nous a aidé pour réserver un vol en montgolfière. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans la propriété. Nous avons été enchantés. Mohamed est adorable. C’est avec de la peine que nous avons quitté cet incroyable endroit. Nous recommandons totalement cette location. Au plaisir de revenir.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in El Gouna! The location is perfect — just 5 minutes from the BestWay supermarket, the marina, and Marina Promenade with great restaurants and cafes. The villa is in a safe area and has direct access to a beautiful lagoon beach — a true El Gouna gem. The interior is beautifully designed with stylish, practical furniture, and the whole space is very photogenic — perfect for vacation photos. The pool and villa lighting in the evenings create a magical atmosphere we enjoyed every night. The villa is also very functional: a large table in the living room was great for work or study, the kitchen is fully equipped, and we were greeted with fruit and water on arrival — such a nice touch. Last but not least, the communication with the hosts was excellent — they were responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from start to finish. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!

Very spacious home very close to the center of the action in Dahab, a mere walking 5 minute walk to the various restaurants and shops of all kind! Mahmoud was very welcoming and responsive.

Great value for money, very helpful host, Olga was checking if we needs more blankets and if everything is okay, place was quite and peaceful even it was fully booked, nothing to complain about, place was great and Olga the owner was super friendly and helpful ❤️❤️

Very nice Villa and a great location on the sea front cliff top. Ahmed was a great host and responded to our comms quickly. When we had a minor issue with the pool, Ahmed had 3 people on site within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. You really can't ask for more than that.

I have been traveling over 15 years and this is one of the best experience I have. The community is quiet and safe, commercial is good enough for the stay. And the host Morcos is nicest! He helps us for everything! I can’t thank him more for providing such a nice staycation in el gouna. 中国人不骗中国人，这地方也太棒了.安全且安静.虽然不那么便宜，但是很实惠，4 间房各有特色，虽然离市中心有点远，去潜水啥的需要打个远车，但是社区里休闲餐厅啥的非常不错了，比外面好得多，也贵一丢丢，但是我们觉得很好。去机场的时候Uber司机集体坐地起价，管理员Morcos帮我们叫了车，还提前付了定金，油用完了他也很快送过来，非常nice的管理员嘞。

Mo est adorable et très réactif. Je vous conseille sa superbe maison, dans 1 magnifique cadre avec de belles villas à distance ce qui permet l’intimité. Le grand jardin et les extérieurs de la villa sont verts, fleuris, arborés, c’est très beau, la vue de la terasse est très agréable, et elle est équipée d’1 beau salon, et d’1 barbecue, nous avons vue sur la plage de sable car elle est à environ 100 mètres en y accédant par le jardin. La plage au sein de la baie est très jolie, équipée de transats et de parasols en quantité largement suffisante, avec 1 bar/restaurant bien sympa et pratique, il y a 1 balançoire, des bancs, 1 filet de volley, 1 douche etc. La baignade n’a pas trop de pente ni de fond sur les premiers 50/70 mètres : top, certains peuvent mettre des chaussures de mer pour les parties caillouteuses, snorkelling : depuis la plage nous avons 1 accès direct aux poissons et aux différents coraux qui ne sont pas loin, puis à la grande barrière de corail. Great place with a high standard. Amine (the owner) and also Yulia from Stayr are very helpful and especially Yulia super fast in getting things done. The villa is a very high standard with great finishing. Just the additionally available Golf cart is too expensive and if there is a scratch gets costly and not easily solved.

Had a great stay, the place was clean and well equipped, property manager was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The villa is very large and spacious, would be ideal for groups of friends/ couples as all bedrooms rooms are a decent size had their own bathrooms. The pool was lovely and the back yard feels nice and private, just note that there is a pool guy that comes every day and sometimes is still around up till lunch time! The kitchen is a little run down but still usable, the sitting area is nice and has a large smart TV with access to all the normal services you may need Its a fair walk from the downtown area (20-30 mins) and then even more so to the harbour but thankfully the Tuk Tuks are easy to get and are a set rate of 50egp wherever you go which is handy.

It was a pleasant stay for my family . Mr Ismail was very helpful and responsive. The place was exactly like the pictures, clean, private and quite with a nice lagoon view. The check in was smooth and all the detalis were taken care of. Will definitely visit this place again

Wir waren mit der Familie dort. Absolut tolles Haus und egal welche Frage oder Bitte ich an den Eigentümer hatte, 10 Minuten später bekam ich eine Antwort oder er hat sich selbst um alles gekümmert. Wir empfehlen ein „GolfCar“ mit zu mieten (hat er auch für uns gemietet) ! Zum einkaufen 🛒oder zu den Restaurants sind es zu Fuß 🦶 ca 30 Minuten…. Mit dem Car kann am Strand 🏝️ gefahren werden, ca 10 Minuten. Tolle ruhige Lage mit Paradiesischem Strand 🏖️ absolute Weiterempfehlung !! Zum tauchen empfehlen wir „Orca Tauchbasis“. Auch erwähnenswert: auf den QR Code den ihr vom Vermieter bekommt, gibt es auf fast alles 10 - 20% Nachlass, Zugänge in allen Hotels zum Essen oder Gym (gegen Bezahlung ). Gym hat ein neues aufgemacht , kann auch kostenlos genutzt werden ( SportsArena). Wir kommen wieder ….

Stayed at this villa many times. It is very peaceful and clean. Very homely. Close to downtown and marina and the tuk tuk service is great to get u around the resort. The pool at the villa and outdoor space is wonderful and where we spent most time in the hot weather of September. Will definitely be returning again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet und sauber. Eine Oase der Ruhe, nach anstrengenden Sightseeing-Touren. Der Pool und Garten ist wunderbar. Kontakt zum Gastgeber Sam schnell und sehr zuverlässig.

Where do I start! Well from start to finish 5 stars + ⭐️ The communication was almost straight away anything I asked they could answer, the pictures do not do the property justice as the property is beautiful. You are with the locals which I loved its quite so peaceful but if you want the hassle of Sharm it's 10 minutes drive. If you drive it's easy si I would suggest getting a car I didn't but they have a local taxi man Ahmed who was very cheap and took us out most days he was available when ever we needed him. There is also a lovey man Shaben who is staff and he keeps the property looking spotless. This villa is like home from home there's nothing that could be improved we cooked there is everything. The beds are comfortable with hot water to shower, a heated pool with beautiful surroundings what more do you need if you are renting, nothing. Lastly, I would like I like to say thank you to the team for being on point and so friendly, I have shared your property we loved it 😍.

طارق شخص ودود ولطيف والمسكن نظيف والمسبح نظيف ولكن الحديقة الخارجية فيها بعض الاوساخ ولكن لا تأثير يذكر بشكل عام كان جيد وينقص بعض التفاصيل الصغيرة ولا شيئ اخر

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön in dieser Unterkunft. Leider haben wir die Vermieter nie persönlich gesehen, aber es hat ja auch so alles geklappt.

First time in Egypt along with my parents. The property we've rented was very peaceful and comfortable with stunning view, pool & lagune. The host was absolutely outstanding. Respond level was extremely high (1-2 minutes)and took care of us at every single step. This definitely made our visit lovely as everything went smoothly. We'll come back soon 💯
