The Annexe is a lovely, well-equipped self-contained suite of rooms, comprising a spacious, comfortable sitting/breakfast room, kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room, in a private part of our house. It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

Seascape is on the cliff edge adjacent to the coast path with arguably the best views over Mevagissey and the bay. Private secure parking without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony throughout the day. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom supplied with local guest soaps. Breakfast of home made bread and preserves, cereals, grapefruit, meats, cheese and yogurt. The Rockery is a stylish self contained 1 bedroom guest suite with a walk-in shower and essential kitchen amenities eg, small fridge freezer, combi microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There is free parking, access to a light and airy conservatory and a decked garden perfect for relaxing in the sun. Portreath beach is located 4 miles away, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well as great travel links to the rest of Cornwall. There can be some noise from a recycling centre opposite

The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

The friendly Village of St Agnes is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its coves and the coastal footpath a 10 minute walk from the property. Surf lessons and Kayacking are available in the season. There are no shortages of shops, gift shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, butchers, and bakeries.

☆☆ Stylish, contemporary annex in our converted barn. For 1 or 2 adults only. The Annex comprises an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with quadrant shower. It has its own entrance and there is parking for 1 car. Guests are welcome to use the lower part of our garden and picnic bench. The barn is situated in a tranquil, tucked away location in Perranporth, yet is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and local shops.

'The Artist's Loft' Amazing Sea and Harbour Views

'The Artist's Loft' is fully self-contained and has been beautifully restored by Maria and Terry. It has its own kitchen, bath/shower and w.c. From our balcony window you can enjoy unique views into Newlyn harbour and the whole of Mounts Bay, including St Michael's Mount. There's lots to explore in Newlyn, and a leisurely 20 minute stroll along 'The Prom' takes you to the famous Jubilee Pool, another 5 minutes and you've arrived at Penzance Harbour with it's quay-side shops and restaurants.

It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

The Arc is a small annexe in our stunning garden with uninterrupted views to St. Michael's Mount and the Cornish Coast. It has a double bed with a small wet room with a shower, toilet and a separate hand basin. We provide a continental breakfast hamper. 'The Arc’ is in the small historic market town of Marazion walking distance to the famous St. Michael's Mount, cafes, pubs and galleries. We can recommend good places to eat, drink and visit. The coast path passes right past our front door.
