The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. Cleaned to very a high standard using antibacterial cleaner, consists of a new kitchen with dishwasher/fridge/oven and hob, bathroom, new furniture and the ground floor has been completely redecorated, so it has a fresh airy feel to the property, but very homely at the same time. You will have the entire ground floor space and own front door.

The village church is 25 meters away, a Londis convenience store is located just across the road and within walking distance from the local bar & kitchen
