Oerlikon railway station is less than a ten-minute walk from the apartment and the exhibition hall and the "Hallenstadion" are a 15-minute walk away. Airport and city center can be reached comfortably within minutes by public transportation.

Die Wohnung wird ohne Schlafzimmer vermietet, da ich dort persönliche Dinge aufbewahre. Zum Schlafen steht eine bequeme Couch zur Verfügung; alternativ kann auch eine 160 cm große Matratze bereitgestellt werden. Ein Parkplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen.

The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Sie bietet Platz für 2 Gäste und liegt vor den Toren der Stadt Zürich (30 Minuten bis Zürich-HB, Airport 30min Zug, 20 Min Auto). Zur Erholung befindet sich in der nähe das Naturschutzgebiet Katzensee.
