The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

We would love to host you in our home in Morningside :) We are conveniently situated walking distance from Eden park, and also from local favourites like Crave and KIND cafes, Side Hustle bar and Morningside Tavern. We offer a fairly new space with all the amenities to keep you self sufficient during your stay. Great for a couple or an individual The studio is totally separate from the main house and has its own off street Parking.

Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

Studio Burrows

Centrally located in the heart of Parnell Village is Studio Burrows. A completely modern separate space next to our family home. Suitable for a couple and infant/small child. This light filled studio is minutes from the Central city, Spark Arena, Viaduct, Commercial Bay, Newmarket and the Auckland Museum/Domain. Longer term stays available by negotiation.
