Local restaurant within walking distance. Built in 1917 and we incorporated our finds into its decor. Home shares a deck with another house if looking to vacation together with other family or friends. ( outside eating area off of the kitchen). Separate entrances if not. This location is perfect for nature enthusiast (nature preserves all around) and fishermen. located near state parks, marinas and local attractions. Located across street to the water small walk to private beach. There is a levee between house and water so a short walk (1 min) gives you private access to view and enjoy beach. it is not waterfront and I consider rugged and nature focused. Room for boats, extra cars, screened in back porch in a quiet safe neighborhood local market 1 mile away.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is at the end of the peninsula on the water. Walk up to the top of the hill and watch the boats go by from the bench or at the park on the corner. Enjoy amazing sun and moonrises. Build a fire in the campfire ring while you listen to the waves. View the sunsets from waterfront restaurants. The inside is open and airy. Bedrooms are comfy.
