El nombre de la zona significa "buena vista" o "hermosa vista", en referencia a la vista que ofrece el apartamento. Está a solo 10 minutos de la playa de Rétino, concretamente a 850 metros a pie. La distancia desde el casco antiguo de Rétino es de unos 2 kilómetros, donde se puede ver la ciudad conservada, tiendas, restaurantes y todos los lugares de interés.
