Only 25 min walk to the centre and the shopping mall. A 5 min walk to the next Café, bakery, ice-cream shop, kiosk, and a sausage shop. A 10 min walk to the swimming pool, gym and the beautiful Botanical Garden, including the zoo and family park. The house is very quiet and the neighbours friendly. One dog lives in the same house.

A big outdoor swimming pool is in 5 min. walking distance also a bakery and a grocery. Sky Lagoon is in a walking distance (10 min.) from the house. Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.
