This was exactly how it was described on the website. It was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed for our visit. Reina was there to greet us and show us the home once we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of room for more than just the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to walk to get fresh air and exercise. We saw many neighbors walking their dogs. I will stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay at Beach Haven. I knew as soon as I arrived that it was a special place where the owners took great pride in their home and really cared about making their guests comfortable and feeling right at home. It was 5 stars in all aspects, beautifully decorated, super clean and carefully thought out regarding the stocked kitchen and pantry, bathroom essentials, and more. The close proximity to the beach and pond for kayaking made it a memorable stay for my family. We definitely would love to return to Beach Haven when visiting Charleston again!

The stay was exactly as described. Very clean and perfectly stocked for a short stay. The home is in a nice neighborhood, walkable and near a cute downtown area. I would stay here again for another solo trip or recommend to a friend.

We enjoyed a magical week at 70 Chappell Rd. From the moment we stepped on the grounds we were surrounded by a peaceful, welcoming feeling. The house is extremely well appointed for a week of outdoor activity from paddle boarding to kayaking to biking. Plenty of beach chairs and towels for a day at the beach… just everything you would need . The house is clean, beautifully updated and well organized. Pam was very friendly and responsive in her communications and clear about her expectations for the care of her property. Any time we had a question, we could find the answer in the house handbook that she provided. We had an incredible week and were so happy with our experience. Thank you Pam!

Darren's place is great! Beautiful location, with amazing sunset views. Interior is so nice and bright. We had a lovely stay.

This home was absolutely how it was described. Plenty of room for us and the finished basement with an extra bedroom, wet bar, huge flat screen, and a comfy couch was a bonus! My grandchildren hung put downstairs while the adults sat around the table and played card games. We were intrigued by the beautiful yard and lake. Everyone wants to come back in the summer to hang by the fireplace and BBQ on the deck. This is definitely one of my favorite Airbnb!! Joshua was very accommodating and responded quickly to my messages. Absolutely a beautiful place!!

Our stay at Palmer Cottage was delightful. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and the cottage was exactly what we needed…..the views were spectacular and the cottage was the perfect size for the two of us. We will return often!

What a lovely retreat! Spacious and sunny getaway on the shores of a pond, this was the perfect location to relax and unwind for us. The house was sunny, with a lovely pond view. It was private and peaceful. Alyssa was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and went above and beyond when I gave her a heads up about a tiny issue. Great process and thoughtful host. We were 20-30 minutes from our favorite activities in Newport and a few minutes' drive from yummy restaurants in Tiverton.

Great place to stay! It’s CLEAN and well appointed. It’s so peaceful and quiet. We had a great time just hanging out on the dock while my son fished the reservoir.

Could not have found a better place for what I was here for. Extended stay. Rick and Vicki are great people. Awesome sunsets and the wildlife. Lots of room and the beds are comfortable

We loved Kyle’s place. It was cozy, comfortable beds, gas cook top, a fire pit, a pool (not open yet as it’s April), and plenty of room for my 3 boys to run around and make memories. The commuter train is super close but it was kinda fun to watch it and it didn’t disturb our sleep at all. Close to Jamestown and Wickford for water views, quaint towns and either hiking or shopping. A small park with lots of hiking right down the street (walking distance). 20 minutes to open ocean in Narragansett or 25 to Other beaches. With being at the end of the dead end street and surrounded by woods it’s a middle of nowhere type feel and lots of birds to watch and peaceful to sit by the fire or on the deck.

When we entered the property, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine. I was traveling for work and the property was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable, and accommodated a crew of five perfectly. If I’m ever in the area working or on vacation, I will definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at this location. The house was beautiful and clean upon arrival. Check in was super easy! Getting the key from the lockbox, setting up WiFi, turning on the heat in the house easy peasy. The bedrooms and bathrooms also super clean and nicely sized! Fit our party of 5 well with no complaint. Any small issues we had (wanting dishwasher tablets/obtaining a broom) were resolved quickly as the host was quick and efficient with their responses. Would definitely recommend!

We had such a great family vacation in Narragansett! Laura was very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend her home!

Great location; made the most of our rainy week with lots to do nearby: restaurants, shopping, site seeing (suggest Judith Point Lighthouse and Ninigret Park to see art wooden sculptures). Only note that the dock water area is at the end of the street and not in back yard. Great amenities and comfortable. Host was helpful and kind.

Our family of 6 ( 4 adults and 2 young children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Shady Harbor house. it is tucked into a quiet spot in the small, friendly community, with large grassy grounds and surrounding woods. it is in a perfect location for all that the area has to offer. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the private beach at Weekapaug is very beautiful and uncrowded. It can be accessed by paddling across the lovely "Quonnie" Pond by kayak or canoe (thoughtfully left for renters' use), or by a short drive. There are many things in the house, like a stock of condiments in the kitchen, and books and board games, that were appreciated. Hot water is plentiful! Noelle is a friendly, responsive host, and there was a coffee cake waiting for us on arrival. I could write a lot more about our enjoyment of this house. However, we fully expect to return, and I would like to think that it will be still available when we go to book it!

Plenty of rooms... great space inside and out! Was worried the 2 AC units in two of the bedrooms wouldn't be enough but it was fine with blinds closed and fans running. Place was clean and roomy and perfect for our group of 4. Twin beds not the most comfortable but larger beds & couches were good. The pots and pans could use updating but had plenty of Tupperware for food storage. Top of the line grill was great too. Would definitely stay again as it was close to everything we enjoy in the area! Loved the beach pass to S. Kingstown Town Beach too... nice quiet beach!

Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!
