Living Area Open to kitchen. Solid limed oak paraquet flooring. U shaped modular sofa designed especially for the space with movable footstool for serious lounging. Private, sheltered, timber decked courtyard with lounge type garden furniture and barbecue. Main Bedroom Spacious and elegant, with double height ceiling and stairs to private mezzanine. Double bed with high quality mattress, goose down duvet and pillows ( if you have allergies let me know I can change these) and top quality bedding. The room is beautiful at night with an attractive layering of designer lighting ( hotel style double switching from the bed) Limestone flooring and welcome underfloor heating. Limited visitor storage on the mezzanine upstairs. Ensuite bathroom Small but perfectly formed wet room with good shower. Second Bedroom Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. Even though the space is incredibly modern, all of the original features have been restored with respect to the original build. The property is located just a five minute walk from St. Stephen's Green, at the very heart of the city. This space is ideal for a small group that want to be surrounded in luxury, while having all of the benefits of the city on your doorstep.

O'Rourkes Cottage Retreat Glenasmole

O'Rourkes cottage is situated in the picturesque valley of Glenasmole, nestled in the foothills of the Dublin mountains overlooking Dublin city. The cottage has 2 bedroom, sitting room and kitchen with a woodland garden. Ideally situated to enjoy the the Dublin Wicklow mountains . The cottage includes central heating, wood burning stove, cooker, electric shower. We are now operating a minimum two night stay. Please note, host can not be held responsible for lost or damaged personal property.

The Coach House

The Coach house has recently been lovingly restored and is full of charm and light. It has a calm, tranquil feel with every comfort a visitor could wish for. It is the perfect place for an Irish getaway nestled on the shores of Blessington lake and surrounded by the majestic Wicklow Mountains. Within 10 mins there are the villages of Ballymore Eustace and Hollywood both with wonderful Gastro-pubs and Blessington for all shopping. Russborough House is also close by and is truly worth visiting.

Come and have an authentic experience in one of Dublin's special Georgian apartments, situated on Mountjoy Square, in the heart of Dublin's North Georgian core, and just minutes from O'Connell Street. The large studio faces East and is flooded with light from the three full-length windows overlooking the gardens of Mountjoy Square. Hotwell House - Boutique Luxury in Old Coach House

Hotwell is a beautiful, Late Georgian farmhouse built in 1838. It is unusual in that it is home to a holy well and one of Ireland's only warm springs, St. Gorman's Well, which flows with warm water during the winter. Guests stay in the beautifully renovated stone Coach House and have fun use of the grounds including sauna, tennis court and garden games.
