I held my team corporate retreat here. The house was well setup to meet this need. The big tables made collaboration easy. And, we had all of the amenities we needed. Thanks again!

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

Sabine’s place is just fantastic! It’s super convenient to get to everything. Nice Littleton downtown close by and also local restaurants. Grocery store is also super close. Sabine has great recommendations. Her place was stocked with everything and we were easily able to make our meals. Everything was clean and nice!

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

Jill's home was very comfortable & spacious for our group of 8. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, as well as the proximity to lots of restaurants & grocery stores. Also, our hosts were very quick to respond to all of our questions- definitely a place that we would be interested in staying at again!

We’ve stayed at Peggy’s multiple times and it’s always a pleasure to be there. Great location!

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

Large house - great for our big work group. Comfortable, clean house - lovely patio! Really convenient location, lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. Lovely home!! Would definitely stay there again!

Jackie’s airbnb was the perfect match for my family. We had my grandson and there was a crib available for him, which was great. They also had a high chair available that I wasn’t expecting, which was a nice surprise. It is a beautiful home that had everything we needed and was very clean and we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this airbnb.

There was a group of four of us (two couples) that stayed at Philip's place and we absolutely loved it! We really enjoyed the outdoor space, having the hot tub, outdoor shower, kayaks/standup paddleboards, fire pit, etc was so much fun. We had a blast! Sunsets were amazing. We had plenty of space inside, never felt crammed and loved the foosball table and games already there. The pictures provided on the listing are very accurate. All instructions provided before our arrival were very helpful. Philip was responsive and accommodating! Neighbors were very friendly too. Truly a hidden gem of an area in Denver!

This place was incredible! Karen was always proactive with information and when we had questions she responded within minutes. The house was very clean and so spacious. Excellent value for the price. Could not recommend any higher! The next time we come to Denver, we will definitely stay here.

The house was easy to find and it was very well equipped. Hadley let us check in earlier and was very attentive to our needs. The neighborhood is nice, the house is across a big nice park and 2 blocks from restaurants, gas station, etc. And it was also 5 minutes away from DU and big supermarkets.

La casa de Sean es preciosa, bien organizada y diseñada, espaciosa, muy limpia. Me fascinó la casa, tiene un patio grande y precioso, la cama es muy cómoda, hay suficientes utensilios para cocinar, tiene todo lo que se necesita. Recomiendo muchísimo esta propiedad. We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

Great location. Close to lots of things to do.

Great, unique spot in the Denver area. In really close proximity to just about anything you could need. Very relaxed setup for lounging around after a day of adventuring. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus.

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

The best part about Jeffrey‘s place was it’s location and accessibility to the surrounding areas. I’ve lived all over the world and Jeffrey’s area is a little rough around the edges, but I felt safe to walk around at night by myself as a woman. I appreciate his proactive approach to conserving energy as well… He was a lovely host!

The perfect spot for a Bachelorette party! Caroline was so friendly and responsive both prior to and during our stay. The house is such a gem. I've never been in one like it. Big bonus is a bathroom for every room! We didn't get to use the back patio due to weather, but it's so cute back there as well.

Wonderful home, adorable neighborhood. We had a great stay visiting local shops, and just staying in listening to records in front of the fire on a cold night. They have the cutest touches all around the home that make the place feel fun and inviting. Hosts were super responsive to any message and made the check in a breeze. The game room upstairs is beyond impressive. A lot of love and care has gone into this home and it shows. Would absolutely stay again when in town. Take care of this gem!!

Lovely house, well stocked and clean. Private and relaxing gardens. Friendly hosts. Walking distance to Olde Downtown Arvada. Would highly recommend
