It is located with stunning views of Brunel’s world-renowned Royal Albert Bridge (1859) and the Tamar Bridge (1961). 5 mins away is the China Fleet Golf and Country Club. Private use of the field shown is included in the rental and is ideal for a picnic. Nothing is better than a glass of wine outside by the fire pit at night enjoying the view of the bridges. A Cornish Cream Tea welcomes you upon arrival.

The Old Smithy is set is a secluded valley on the river Tavy. It is a mile from the nearest road, down a private track through beautiful moorland and woodland. It's an ideal base for walking, cycling wild swimming and getting away from it all, a true nature lovers paradise! We live in a house on the same site so will be on hand for any advice or assistance. We are on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and an hour's drive from numerous beaches. The thriving town of Tavsitock is 7 miles away.

This unique, stylish and modern bungalow occupies a rare position adjacent to the inner harbour which can be glimpsed through its courtyard entrance. You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. An additional benefit is the parking spot directly outside the bungalow.

It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is Wi-Fi, TV and DVD player, a super king bed and twin beds (and a cot if needed.) We are walking distance from the shop, coast path and pub, with 3 stunning beaches close by.
