Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. Located in downtown Holland, in view of the Tulip parade, this adorable 2 bed home is 2 blocks from the Civic Center which hosts events and a great farmers market Wed and Sat. This area begins 8th Street where life bustles with outstanding shops and pubs. We have given it a gorgeous 21st Century overhall. A block away from lakeside Kollen play park and Boatwerks Restaurant with waterside seating. This location offers quick access to business and boating. Come enjoy a fun downtown stay.

Spring Lake Studio

The Spring Lake Studio rental is a cozy welcoming space designed to provide comfort and convenience to your Lakeshore stay! A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. Great for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Trundle beds make it easy to sleep up to 4 guests. Easy access to the highway, bike trail, and all city ammenities. Grand Haven beach is less than 4 miles away.

Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.
