Burgdorf Castle, a heritage site of national significance, has stood sentinel on the rocks above the Emme river for more than 800 years. After the castle had been exposed to many different situations, it was opened in the spring of 2020 as a unique place for encounters: a «castle for everyone» and open to the public. The museum provides a variety of educational offers for schools and has been complemented with a wedding chamber, our youth hostel and a restaurant. The restaurant is closed.

Le Châble is the capital of the commune of Bagnes and is an essential tourist stopover. Centrally located, the village is linked to Verbier and Bruson by gondola lifts , which depart directly from the Mont-Fort Swiss Lodge. It offers access to all activities in summer and winter. Featuring sober style furniture, this room has 2 separate single beds and an en suite bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet. The cosy guest room at Residence Brunner has a private bathroom and a balcony with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. There is a beautiful large garden area in front of the building. The Residence Brunner is located in the upper part of Wengen, about 12 minutes from the village centre. Wengen can only be reached by train.
