These include High Uintah wilderness trails, world famous fishing in near by lakes and rivers, hiking, biking, and ATVing to name a few. Plenty of space to park your camp trailers, boats and toys. This charming rambler is set right in the middle of town within walking distance to the Vernal LDS Temple, parks, the dinosaur museum and downtown eateries. The Uintah Basin provides many opportunities for day recreation at nearby Steinaker Reservoir and Red Fleet State Park, and Flaming Gorge is under an hour away. The patio and large yard provide ample space for play. There is also RV parking and hookups out back. Come play in Dinosaurland!

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
