They are 5 walking minutes (going downhill) from the centre of Velas (shopping, cafés, restaurants), and 10 minutes from the natural swimming pools in the ocean. Please take into consideration that the return way on foot includes a steep climb of about 100 meters. It is 700 m until the harbour of Velas.

Está localizada a poucos metros do mar em um local absolutamente tranquilo. A zona envolvente é ótima para passeios, caminhadas e banhos no mar. Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.
