5 stars all the way for what we were looking for: a great location, on the beach with a beautiful view. I'm not sure there is another place that could deliver on the level this condo did for all those features. As a host, Dave was proactive on checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly and was ready to respond if we needed anything. Also appreciated the value and flexible cancellation policy. However, one caveat: there were few small things detracted slightly from our stay (but not enough to take away a star). Just some small things. We received additional "instructions" or chores that were not included in the listing. Dump the water from three dehumidifiers (which are loud, run constantly and blow out warm air) daily or the AC will shut down. Upon leaving, do the dishes, take out the trash, remove all linens and put them by the washer (all of which we did). $300 cleaning fee for?... Also, a request to "leave a 5 star review because anything less is a 'bad review'".

Great location! Just a short, straight walk to the beach! Loved all of the beach things they had in the closet! The wagon was great! The beach is gorgeous. 30A is unbeatable. The place was very spacious and our 8 slept very comfortably. We will definitely keep this on our list to book again!

My friends and I stayed here over Easter weekend to celebrate my 21st birthday and get baptized. It was absolutely amazing!!! Everything was super clean and there was just enough space for the three of us. We could not get over how cute the place was, it was PERFECT for a girls trip!!

My stay at Jodi’s place was exceptional. She was an outstanding host—highly communicative, incredibly responsive, and always helpful. Her energy and attentiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The home itself was exactly as pictured—beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. If I return to the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again or explore other properties she hosts. Truly a top-tier Airbnb experience!

Staying at Jeff and Cindy’s place was a real delight!!! We loved the location and really enjoyed the HUGE screened porches!!! Perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxing!!! Kitchen well stocked, lovely furnishings and terrify bathrooms with walk in showers!! They were very responsive to any questions that we had and were simply great hosts!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Excellent communication and great location that was close to the pools, beach access, and lots of restaurants. The place was spotless, beautiful, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was as listed. Nice views and easy access to surrounding attractions. Would stay again if we come back to the same area!

Great condo not too far from the beach, overlooking the pool. Condo was super clean and had all the things we needed. The primary bed was very comfortable and great to have the washer/dryer. Hosts were friendly and communicative.

This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

The pictures match description. Location is fantastic and a very short walk to the beach. the unit is clean and very well taken care.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Would Absolutely recommend this property to anyone! Nina is Wonderful! Any question I had, she responded IMMEDIATELY! The property is Beautiful!!!! The decor inside her place is immaculate. The location is perfect. We came during “Full Throttle” weekend when the place was filled with Bikers Everywhere! Tons of people going up and down the elevators made it a bit difficult getting in and out of the building. Overall, I would definitely visit again because the view and condo is Breathtaking! Thanks Nina for offering such a wonderful “safe space” to Relax and Reset! 🩷 P.S., please consider sharing the additional Resort Fee before booking the property so it won’t deter anyone from booking. Highly recommend this beautiful condo. The view was especially amazing from the balcony. Jeremy was very quick to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating. We had an amazing time!

George was an awesome host!! One minor thing was broke, and I bought it to his attention he came in fixed it in 10 min or even less!!! His place was cozy, clean, and neat most definitely the perfect location less than 5-10 min drive to all the places we was going to for our vacation with the kids.

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

Stay was great, no issues, would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed staying at Pam's place. Regency Towers was very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of other spring breakers. We purposely stayed at this end of Thomas Drive because I knew that we would not encounter any of the "wild" spring breakers that typically come to PCB this time of year and would have access to great restaurants. We also chose this unit because I knew that the balcony faced the sunset, which we immensely enjoyed every evening from the comfort of the patio. The property is gated by super-friendly staff and felt very safe. Unfortunately, there were double red flags daily (typical for this time of year), so we could not go in the ocean. However, we enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, ample pool chairs with included umbrellas, and the beach chairs and umbrellas down at the beach. Pam's place is very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. Also, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, which I really loved!

We stayed in this unit at the Palms for 6 weeks over the holidays. What a joy to be here at that time. They even had a decorated Christmas tree waiting for us!! Krystal’s place is gorgeous and pristine and no detail left undone!! It felt like home as soon as we moved in. We loved the huge sectional, the updates everywhere , the fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of the ground floor unit.They spared no expense with the pillows and bedding!! OMG, you will sleep like a baby!!!! Also, they have about everything imaginable for kids and trips to the beach and pool… floats, boogie boards ,etc! You won’t have to bring anything!! If we had any questions Krystal responded quickly, which was so awesome. The staff here is super friendly and always smiling and saying hello!! We actually preferred the safety and security here over others that are directly on the beach. And the Palms is just stellar for an awesome Destin vacay at any time of the year!! We’ll be back!!!
