We are a very private family and this stay was perfect! I work a very busy corporate job so when we take vacation I always appreciate the opportunity to have a peaceful place to stay! I cannot thank you enough for the hospitality. I will definitely save this as a place to visit again!

Never saw or heard our hosts. The unit was equipped with everything we needed, and the hosts provide nice extras: travel toiletries, snacks, a charcuterie plate and fruit upon arrival, ice cream treats in the freezer, a welcome bottle of wine.

I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. Everything was clean and organized with extreme attention to detail. I walked to multiple restaurants during my stay and walked the bike path as well. Shannon was an amazing host- so kind and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb‘s in the past and I must say this was the most thoughtful and comfortable one. There were extra pillows, extra towels, toiletries if needed. It was amazing!

A historic home in a beautiful, quiet Pasadena neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable, well-stocked home. Easy breezy checking in and checking out. Lots to do in the area. A perfect stay!

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

Wendy's place was perfect place for me, my wife, and toddler to stay. Our bungalow was tucked in the back and there plenty of areas to sit outside. The place felt quiet and secluded even though it was a very easy walk to Redondo Pier. Street parking was very easy, the bed was comfy, and it was a great value. We'd stay here again for sure

Debbie and Mike’s place felt like a little home away from home. The couch was cozy, nice size tv, great water pressure in the shower, and the mattress was super comfortable. I slept great, neighborhood is quiet and near everything. I felt safe and comfortable and tucked away. Overall a cozy warm spot to touch down for a few nights. I would definitely stay again. Bryant and Margaret were the great host. Always very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly the same as posted - spacious for one (in my case), quiet environment, clean, had everything I needed. Would love to come back again one day! Thank you for having me stay!

We chose Brett's place as it noted it was in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of trees and the space looked beautifully appointed. It lived up to the pictures and description beautifully. The location is walkable to stores and restaurants if you like to get some steps in (mile and a half or so), making it close enough to the energy but far away enough to be really peaceful. The space is lovely; well appointed, super comfortable and modern and felt new and fresh and clean. Would absolutely book again! Brett was a lovely host; helpful, responsive and gave great dining recommendations. Loved every minute of it.

Good Location, good sized space

Simply put, Jennifer and Steve are outstanding hosts who go way beyond what would be considered a good host. Friendly, welcoming, warm, sincere, helpful, communicative, and generous is the tip of the iceberg! The space is amazingly beautiful, comfortable and clean, with every imaginable amenity provided. Superb is the only way to describe the hosts and their property.

I absolutely loved staying here. The view was amazing. There are quite a few stairs required to get to the bungalow but the view is worth it! It was so cozy yet elegant!! And had such nice amenities!!

Everything was as described. The place was very clean and we appreciate the water and snacks. There were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

We had the best stay here! The place is super comfortable and homely. We particularly loved spending time on the outdoor patio area. Atwater Village is a great location and everything we needed was nearby, including some amazing restaurants. Highly recommend, we’d definitely stay again when visiting LA!

A great homey place to stay! Very clean and peaceful neighborhood

Wundervolles kleines Gästehaus in den Hügeln Pasadenas, etwas abgesetzt vom Trubel in Downtown LA. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir wurden jeden Morgen von den Vögeln und der Sonne durch die vielen Fenster geweckt, es gibt keine bessere Art aufzuwachen. Faisal hat ein tiefes Wissen über Pasadena und LA und war immer verfügbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ohne Auto kann es allerdings schwierig werden, da der nächste ÖPNV 20 Minuten entfernt ist. Aber das sind die USA.

Very nice and clean place. I like that the mattresses are more firm and doesn't sink you in like most hotel ones. Checkin and parking was easy and straightforward.

We absolutely loved our stay. Felt right at home. Nice, clean, and great location. Would highly recommend. The free parking space and backyard area were a major bonus.

This was the perfect place to stay for a few nights when visiting some family that is local. Everything was as described and we had no issues during our stay. The in-unit washer/dryer was a really nice addition.

Everything about my extended stay was spectacular. Such a lovely space and in a walkable and peaceful part of town. I won’t soon forget the orange blossoms and jasmine! Anoush and Natalie were beautiful hosts. They made me feel so very at home and looked after. The bed is extremely comfy and the kitchen is stocked. Every detail was thought through to make the space feel like a home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely, totally awesome accommodating and friendly host. I asked if I could come in an hour early and they were able to accommodate. They were super friendly and showed me how to use all the extra little perks in their property. Really easy to find and even had parking in the driveway for me By the fifth hour, I felt like I was in my own home Would absolutely recommend for anyone who is from out of town or even in town and just wanna have a little getaway

I stayed 5 nights at Alysha’s Guest house. It was a cold and drizzly weekend so I wasn’t able to use the pool. However it is quite beautiful! I enjoyed staying here for a number of reasons. 1) it is a very quiet and peaceful residential area. I felt very safe and there was ample street parking. 2) the furniture and bed are VERY comfortable. I loved coming home after a long day and be able to put my feet up on the comfy leather power recliner! Albeit I’m 65 so that was a PLUS for me…haha! The bed was equally as comfortable. I Slept very well! 3) it was clean and cozy! I hope to come back and enjoy that beautiful pool and spa!

This place well exceeded my expectations. Im relatively picky and I adored the place. The bed was very comfy. It was nice and clean! Way larger than I anticipated. The location was great - walkable to a grocery store and downtown shops and restaurants, but tucked away and extremely quiet. The hosts are so kind and welcoming, loved chatting with them. I wouldn’t change a thing about the place. 11/10! Oh yeah, and they had an orange tree and even put some fresh oranges in the room for us. So tasty!
