It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

This large 1 bedroom apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an owner-occupied 1925 Arts & Crafts building, is an ode to Pittsburgh’s own Andy Warhol. There are framed Warhol prints throughout, and the wonderful Warhol Museum is less than 10 minutes away by car (or 20 if you take the corner bus). It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).

The famous Mr. Small’s theater is less than a half mile away! The beautiful River trail that leads to the north shore, Heinz field, PNC park, etc is only 1 mile!
