The village of Rovies is only a 3-min drive away, offering shops, bakeries, and mini markets. Other beaches are also within walking distance. Pets are welcome. Breakfast is available upon request.

With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

Ένα εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα στον 2ο όροφο νεόδμητης οικοδομής μόλις 20 μέτρα από θάλασσα έχοντας πανοραμική θέα. Κατάλληλο για έως και 5 άτομα. Αποτελείται από δύο δωμάτια, στο ένα υπάρχει ένα μονό κι ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και στο άλλο μία μικρή κουζίνα και ένα διπλό κρεβάτι.
