Get cosy in front of the fire and and enjoy the rustic cottage which sleeps 2 adults. The cottage is; 2 .5 miles to York city centre. There is a bus stop 200 yards from the property- every 10-15 mins. Close to footpaths and a bridle path - to the local pub. Walking distance to a pub, restaurant and shops (15-20 minutes) 5 minutes drive to a cinema, leisure parks and retail units. This is the perfect accommodation if you are in York to enjoy a night out or explore the local sights and sounds.

The Walk is in the heart of York, right beside the Railway staion with one allocated parking space .This luxury apartment has one large bedroom with a super king size bed that can be made into two singles if requested, the other bed being a full size double sofa bed in the living room. Pear Tree Barn has been lovingly restored and converted as holiday accommodation during 2016. The old timbers have been retained but are not obtrusive, where the height of the interior allows the original A frame roof timbers add that necessary rustic charm to what is now a modern property. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking additional steps to clean and sanitise frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
