You will be close to everything when you stay at this central Anchorage location. We are in a DIVERSE family neighborhood with many ethnicities and cultures. Apt is in Quite family building. 10 min to downtown, JBER ship creek walking trails, Costco, Eagle river, restaurants. 15 min to airport. A vehicle is needed to visit the Anchorage bowl area. Two hours from Seward, 45 minutes to Girdwood, 50 to Whittier, complementary laundry on site. Last minute reservations excepted.

It's built in 2013, ridiculously clean, and we really put thought into what you might need (detergent for your washer/dryer, hair straightener, wine bottle opener, and more) in your temporary home. Cheers! Includes garage, fireplace, balcony and deck, walk in closet, w/d, landing area and desk. Free wifi.

The Crabby Apple

All the comforts of home while visiting the city. Lots of extras in the kitchen and some breakfast items provided including bagels, waffles, eggs, and sometimes fruit. Backyard is fully fenced. Some games, toys, writing stuff & books. There are two bedrooms with three beds. The walk-in closet has 2 extra twin mattress you can set up on the floor. Home is located on a busy road.

The guests will have their own space, including private entrance, living areas, kitchen, bathroom, it has 2 bedrooms, the first room equipped with queen size bed, second room has a single bed. There is deck , a grill in the back yard and a porch for the guests to enjoy during their stay especially during a long summer day.

We are located within minutes of both major highways, downtown, and amazing restaurants. View the mountains from the front windows. The whole house is equipped with blackout blinds, making sleeping in the midnight sun that much easier.
