This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

A pasture awaits your equine friend: complete trailer turn-around/parking and water for $50 per night per horse. The cottage is 20 minutes to TIEC, 10 minutes to FENCE, 5 minutes to Harmon Field. Enjoy the walking trail across the road at Norman Wilder Forest, or explore the river at Pearson's Falls just 5 minutes away.
