Walk along the dock and get right underneath. The water fountain is 140 meters high and danses with the wind almost everyday. It kicks at 10AM, worth being around for good pictures. From there you can take a public taxi boat to the other side ;-)

Bring snacks - there's only a small snackbar at the top.
