Breweries

I love the outside of this place! Out front is great for sipping and people watching, out back sit by the peaceful creek and enjoy the trees, birds, and great company. The inside is nice, too, and both are dog friendly!

On the river with plenty of room outside for Cornhole or just reading a book. Great beer, dog friendly, family friendly--the kind of place you could stay all day.

Locally owned neighborhood Italian. Exceptional food and drinks! Don't hesitate to fine at the bar if the wait is long. There is usually an interesting cocktail special and good company. One of my favorite places to eat in Asheville!

Beautiful grounds for hiking, biking, dog walking. Free wine tastings, Estate grown food, animals grazing, and of course, the House if you want to spring for the extra ticket. The history is so closely tied to the community and how we farm in the U.S. that it's fascinating. Something for the grown-ups and the kids!
