Used to be an airport and now it is a huge area with a wide vies because there arent any buildings. Really worth a visit cause this you wont find in many other big citites. There is also a funny miniature golf course where you can affect the rolling ball of the opponent by riding a bike and causing wind.

If not they will usually ignore you and leave you in peace. I never got annoyed by them but there are a few rumors of brutal fights with knives in this area.
