Drinks & Nightlife

Very friendly staff, small and quaint little bar in the middle of the high street. Love it in here when the fire is on.

Sightseeing

Rent a bike, take the famous Sir Walter Scott paddle steamer across the Loch and enjoy the lovely cycle ride back to the start along a tarmac road, which you'll rarely see a car on!

Parks & Nature

On a hot day, visit the wee beach, noone knows its there! Otherwise enjoy a walk, run or cycle along the side of the Loch. Or if you want a longer walk, cross over the hills following the route to Aberfoyle. If cycling around Venachar I recommend stopping at the Byre in about half way around the Loch. A stunning little place - its beautiful.
