Food is the big thing- go to the market but also the restaurants - Edible Canada and Dockside amongst others. Then explore everything else- brewery, sake maker, endless art galleries and theatres and Kids Market,

The Vancouver Seawall (or Seaside Greenway) is an amazing walking/cycling path that goes for 28 km around Stanley Park, False Creek and onto some of Vancouver's best beaches heading west toward UBC. This is best experienced by bike to get around big pieces or all of it.
