At the chateau at Monbazillac you can taste their wines, have lunch, walk round the chateau and look down from the escarpment over Bergerac and the Dordogne. A great place to come to sit and watch the 14th July fireworks taking place in the valley. There are lots of other ‘caves’ to visit in the area, where you can try before you buy.
