An excellent place to go when you arrive is the Biloxi Visitors Center. It is located on the same street as Sea Breeze about 4 miles east, across from the Lighthouse. There is no charge and they have some interesting displays as well as a movie about Biloxi on the second floor. You can also rent bikes there.
