A great little coffee shop. Check the hours because they aren't always open late into the day. This sweet place can easily be missed because it is tucked at the end of a parking lot.

Teton River Float

We always love taking our out of town friends on the Teton River. You can rent a paddle board at Yostmark or Peaked Sports. There is also a place called Teton River Supply that offers some more extensive rentals and shuttle service. It usually takes 2 to 2.5 hours to float a section of the river depending on how fast the river is moving or how fast we paddle. We often will see Moose and cows and catch some beautiful views of the Tetons. We usually go from Bates Bridge over to Big Eddy/Rainy, or we do the section from Big Eddy/Rainy over to Packsaddle/Cache Bridge. Weekends are busy

Clothing Recommendations

If you are traveling in the winter make sure to have great winter boots and a warm winter coat. Don't be caught without gloves, hats, and other warm layers. Snow tires or AWD are a must for getting to the Aspen Grove Cabin. Summer months can be hot and dry in July and August but it usually cools down a bit in the evenings. Pack some lighter jackets or warmer mid layer options. Make sure and have pants and shorts. If you plan to hike make sure and be prepared with a rain jacket, solid hiking shoes, bear spray, extra water and snacks.
